Amazing people and beautiful cookies love love love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!amazing customer service

Crumbl Cookies never disappoints! The cookies have an amazing flavor and texture--soft, fresh, and baked perfectly. They are a bit on the sweeter side, but still incredibly delicious. The customer service was fast and efficient, and I really appreciated that they showed us the cookies before closing the box to make sure everything looked right. The ambiance is great as well--when you walk in, the sweet smell of freshly baked cookies hits you right away and makes the experience even better. Definitely a great place to satisfy a cookie craving! and yesss we will be back read more

I was disappointed in my crumbl. I rarely ever get it because it's so expensive. I got 4 cookies from the little debbie snack week. the zebra cake was poorly made and more white chocolate than cake. The display cookie was beautiful and I got nothing close to. There was obviously a lack of management and quality control. Unfortunately this is my only crumbl, I will really consider my service next time. read more

Placed a pickup order yesterday. The cookies weren't ready until the very end of the 30 min window. Sadly when we arrived home and opened the box, one of my cookies had been decorated while still hot and melted all over the box. None of them looked as good as the advertised photos but the melted one is unacceptable. Part of the reason we pay more is they are supposed to taste AND look great. I'd rather the employee tell me that they weren't ready than to serve this. read more

Will never go here again! The chocolate chip cookie was so hard I thought I was going to break my teeth! Absolutely not fresh!!! Used to love this place, but never again will I buy cookies from here!!! read more

Placed a curbside pickup order recently for a family member's birthday. The order was ready one time and brought out quickly. More importantly the cookies were wonderful!! A big hit with the birthday girl! read more

Long wait time. App won't allow you to say "I'm here" til waiting 45min. Limiting numbers of cookies.

This location sucks. Walked in and waited for over 5 minutes when I was the only customer. They stood around talking and one guy was texting. Finally got a cookie and mean girl said "what do you want?!," The cookie was underbaked and nasty. No wonder their reviews are awful. read more

Very yummy cookies Love come here and trying all the new favors all the cookie ! There always so soft and delicious! read more

The cookies were very good, and the staff was working the fastest they could for all the people in there. My problem is that this Crumbl is pretty small and gets packed quickly. I've also noticed there aren't chairs to wait in. Which usually isn't a problem but when you wait for a while, you'd rather sit. read more

It's not the location that's the issue. It's the business model. You walk in and you can see overworked employees who have to navigate a system put in place to ignore customers. So, of course, people think it's the employees that are the problem, when they are not. It's as simple as putting a sign over the tablet or something indicating people won't get customer service. Simply articulate the business strategy. It's literally that simple to solve. Yet, they let it fall on the employees. That's a bummer. I'll come back when/if the business model has more respect for their employees. read more

I absolutely love these cookies!! Soft and great variety. Fun the flavors change weekly! read more

Ordered online at 6:45 Arrived at 6:50 Waited 8 minutes App suddenly went from "you're 2nd in line" to asking me how my cookies were... asked me to fill out a servey for my non-existient cookies... Went inside, waited at counter to speak to someone ignored for 5 minutes Called number given in app after 3 minutes had a conversation with presumably someone local who said they closed it out and my cookies should be out in the next couple minutes Expressed dismay as I'm being told my cookies are already here and the system clearly sees the order as completed. Wait 5 more minutes, finally get someone to come out with cookies who gives me a very brief and hurried sorry as they rush back in. Get home - order is wrong, and of course the cookie that isn't right is the one they upcharged me $2+ for as a premium choice. and one of the cookies is badly damaged. Call again... get passed by the person answering the phone cause apparently she doesn't do complaints. Get offered another box of cookies (wonder how long I'd wait for that!) or a refund. I take the refund. DO NOT ORDER VIA APP, every time I have I've been *LAST* priority read more

I didn't like the cookies. I got the chocolate chip and the classic pink icing. There isn't any depth to the flavor of the cookies...they mostly just taste like flour and butter (no notes of vanilla, salt, or other flavors that would make the pop and delight). They are large and they look pretty, but the lack of flavor makes them NOT worth the calories. read more

Cookies always taste amazing and wonderful customer service. The store was very clean and the cookies always taste fresh

If you're gonna come out with cakes at a cookie shop, at least keep the same price. Don't make it more expensive.

The cookies are always so yummy and fresh , the service is always top notch, and the ambiance and ease of just going in and out was so pleasing . I would recommend read more

Ordered from here several times. Location definitely does not match the quality of other locations. Store appears clean and staff are always friendly. read more

The Banana pudding cooking is amazing. Also the red velvet. Not a huge fan of the pink sugar or the chocolate chip.

A little pricy but excellent. Enjoyed every mouthfull. My daughter's fav!

Hit and miss depending on the flavor. Most are way too sweet! But the brownie and oatmeal based ones are the best!

Love the cookies. I love that every week the flavors change. The only problem I have with this particular location is the parking is a nightmare. There are no curbside spots for pick up. I wish they would add some of those spots in the front of the store. read more

The service at this location is usually fast and friendly. Presentation is usually pretty decent.

Cookies is to doughy. Not cooked will not go back. Over priced too $12 for 4 cookies you can keep them.

I've come here twice. There has been hair in my cookies both times! Do not recommend. read more

I'm a senior in high school and I'm going to tell everyone I know to never shop at this location. My sweet computer teacher went to this location to buy all of her students cookies for our last day Christmas Party. Yet when she got here, she was appalled when the prices were significantly higher than advertised online. Unprepared for the increase in price, she asked if there was any way they could match the online price, or give a discount since they were for a school, but there wasn't anything they could do. Even after all of this, she still bought 3 boxes of cookies for us. For her kindness towards her students, she was treated with horrible customer service, even being told to finish inputting her order into their system herself! The quality of the service received does not match the quality of the products sold. Unless the staff are better trained in customer service and basic human decency, I will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. read more
