Getting to Crumbl Cookies was a pretty long drive, but it was totally worth it. I ordered the Cake Batter cookie, and it was so good! The cookie was huge and so warm and soft. I cannot think of another place that sells cookies as good as Crumbls! They serve extra large cookies that are ooey-gooey soft in the middle with a crunchy edge. It's the best of both worlds. They offer several different flavors of cookies to choose from. They have your traditional flavors like Sugar and Chocolate Chip and they also have some unique flavors like Cookies and Cream and Red Velvet. Their flavors change out weekly allowing you try new ones each time you visit. They package your order in these cute little pink boxes and most of the cookies are served warm. During my visit, I tried the Cookies and Cream, Red Velvet, & Chocolate Chip. They all tasted amazing, and the Chocolate Chip was my favorite one. They also offer different flavors of ice cream, milk and water for sale. They offer delivery and curbside pick up, in addition to ordering to-go in the store. This is a new establishment that is dangerously close to my house. I have to put out a plea to the company to please, please consider selling smaller size cookies. My waist line will definitely thank you. Oh my lord these cookies are amazing. I tried the chocolate chip cookie tonight (served warm... enough said... you just cannot beat that). The cookie is quite large and fairly thick yet so soft and buttery. It is pricey to buy one so why buy one when you can buy 4 for a better price? I recommend you get some friends or your family together to share these masterpieces. I know I would never trust myself in a house alone with 4 of their cookies... cannot happen. I understand that they have 4 types of cookies that rotate so every week they have different flavors... even more dangerous. They always have chocolate chip and sugar each week. Cookies are good. That's why I gave one star. Employees are unknowledgable about ingredients. We were told the moms recipe did not have peanuts. So we thought it was safe for our severe peanut allergy friend. She ate one bite and ended up in the emergency room. Please train your employees better do this does not happen anymore. I'm shocked that so many people gave great reviews. I had a chocolate chip cookie. Very greasy, no flavor, super expensive. Will not be back. Agree w/ others' recommendations about Tiff's Treats. Let me first say, my wife and I love Crumbl Cookie, maybe a little too much. We wait for their new flavors to show up every week. So don't let this review sway you from Crumbl and give it a shot. Keep reading about this particular location. This is the closest location to us so it's the one we choose to go to (the other is about 20 minutes or more away). I keep having subpar experiences at this location. For the price tag, I would imagine the cookies look somewhat like advertised. The lack of consistency at this store makes it difficult to warrant paying the price for the cookies. Yesterday, my wife and I were excited to get a lucky charms cookie and chocolate chip. We LOVE their chocolate chip cookies. However, when I got there they were out of chocolate chip! Also, upon receiving our lucky charms cookie, it turns out it was lucky charms dust. Pretty disappointing for a $3.50 cookie. In order to make these "right", I ended up going to the store to buy a box of lucky charms to put the marshmallows on it. Due to the ordering style, I was unaware they didn't have marshmallows until my order was completed and it was presented. I felt it was too late then. My wife and I got here a couple times a month and really hope things will change. I want to see them succeed but if there continues to be lacking results and subpar consistency it might be hard to justify the price point. P.S.- I would have also rather messaged the corporation directly or the store directly as to it mess the reviews up, however, there is not a contact us form, that I could locate,on their site read more

My review is based solely on taste as I didn't enter the store or interact with staff. They are large and attractive cookies, great for sharing but I was surprised that they just tasted like sweet flour. I tried lemon, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and the frosted sugar cookie. The snickerdoodle was the only one that didn't have raw flour taste but they were also just kinda bland. They weren't the worst cookies ever but for the price, I had higher hopes. read more

so i have been wanting to try crumbl and i was over the moon to hear they opened a shop in georgia! i love sweets & sugar ---- my guilty pleasure so u was so excited to try them out!! i went today and got a box of six! i got two chilled sugar, two cinnamon toast, one chocolate chip & one chocolate cake. i really enjoyed the chilled sugar one. it is delicious but also very sweet ; the cookies are large and not to be eaten in one sitting like smaller cookies. the cinnamon toast one is DELICIOUS. i love cinnamon in cookies, snickerdoodle is my all time favorite cookie, so i was excited to try. the flavors all combine very well and taste good together and i like the little crunch crumbles in the middle! my mom enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie & said it was a good classic chocolate chip. i will update this when she tries the chocolate cake one, however she isn't a HUGE fan of icing so she most likely will wipe some of it off. all in all this is an excellent dessert shop & i am happy to have been able to test it out & support a new location especially with covid and everything else going on in the world. read more

Communication with customers was completely ridiculous. We tried to place an order earlier in the week and were told they were having phone and technology issues and to come into the store the day of and place the order in person. However, once we arrived to place the order, we were told that we had to do it on line 2-3 days in advance. The manager came over and attempted to make excuses with no apologies what so ever and then just walked away to let the assistant manager deal with the situation. We left without the product we wanted because it was for a graduation party, we had no other option. Yes, the cookies taste wonderful but that is no way to run your business and treat your customers!!! read more

I read about this place... drove by one of the other stores in Memphis and saw a long line so i knew i had to try it. I arrived here, walked in and everything looked good. The portion sizes were huge. Greeted with a smile - good service. I ordered 4 cookies to go, anticipating all this goodness. So... I'm not a fan of cookie dough. And well... the cookies aren't quite done. Like... they do crumble but in a soft way that just caught me by surprise. I really had to ask myself, are these done? I did stick one in the toaster oven and that was just a warm, soft cookie. Oh well... Flavor is there. But I cannot deal with this texture. read more

tried their carrot cake cookie... it was beautiful in presentation. However, it is made with so many artificial ingredients I stopped after two bites. There is propyline glycol in this cookie which is also used to de-ice airplanes and use as a laxatives for the elderly. I frequent the other Alpharetta location all the time and have never had any issues. The friendly staff and the delicious cookies also insure a wonderful experience. But I just visited this location because I was on this side of town and it was insanely hot. I know this may sound like a weird complaint, but it felt like an oven. The staff was extremely friendly but when I asked why it was so hot in the building and if they could turn the a/c to on they said they couldn't. This completely ruined my experience and really tarnished the Crumbl brand for me and my wife. We're paying for luxury desserts but the establishment was giving me a sweaty desert. It felt like a laundry mat. We had to leave before we got our cookies and will NEVER be returning. read more
