They were super friendly and worked with me on scheduling. They had the best customer service that I can remember.

I was really nervous at first but she totally knew what she was doing, edited the photos beautifully, got them to me in a quick and timely fashion, and overall I'm super happy with how they came out! We inquired on his website, and he was prompt in his response to meet us. Our initial meeting was chill. He just wanted to get to know us a bit, and it introduced us to his friendly vibes. This continued on photo day, chatting with us casually while he took some shots, easing the nerves. He collaborated well with our ideas while also consistently providing his professional guidance. As the afternoon continued, our photos got better and better. Benny truly captured the essence of us! We could not be happier with BYC Photography, and we've already begun recommending him to others. Thank you for that Micah because things got a little foggy after the 5th or 6th whiskey and water! Haha. We will forever cherish our photos and can not speak highly enough of Micah and his work. I'll break the review into three categories: Micah, himself; the photos; and the pricing. Micah was very professional, prompt, and easy going. He would always respond to our emails within a reasonable time and would be honest about when he could deliver any of the pictures. He was flexible with our schedule and even shot our awesome engagement photos with just a couple days notice. He even worked while on vacation to send me some photos for the thank you cards. The photos that he took for the wedding day and engagement were fantastic and both my wife found many photos that we wanted in the album. It's actually a problem because I'm not sure how we will narrow them down to 50. On the wedding day, Micah and his back up were on time, worked their magic even while we were hectically running around, and even took some more shots after it was all over. To be honest, the location we had at the hotel to shoot at wasn't the prettiest by any stretch but Micah made it work well. Micah's pricing was very reasonable. We had him for engagement photos, wedding photos, a photo booth, and a wedding album. In short, it was a pleasure to work with Micah and I definitely recommend him.

NTG were our photographers for our engagement pictures and wedding. From the beginning, Giac was a great sport. I wasn't going to do engagement pictures, but saw these photos of White Sands National Monument and thought it would be the perfect setting for engagement pictures. Who would be down to go to another state and backpack through sand dunes? GIAC that's who! The pictures turned out better than I could have imagined. They were one of the highlights from the whole pre-wedding process. engagement pictures: http://www.ntgphotography.net/juliean/ On the wedding day, we had a very full schedule (4 ceremonies and a reception) and Giac was energetic through it all and never complained. Giac settled our nerves by getting us into fun poses and it made for some genuine, candid pictures, which I love. Throughout the whole process, Giac was very easy to communicate with and had worked with many of our vendors before to make sure the entire day went every smoothly. He was very personable and easy to work with. It made us and our guests very comfortable and that showed in our photographs. wedding pictures: http://www.ntgphotography.net/julian/ I could never thank them enough for the amazing work that they did!

Sharon did a great job on our wedding photos back in March!…read more We were with Electra Cruises and they provided us with their preferred photographers. I looked through their website and we chose Sharon. She knows the boat very well, the locations, the lighting, the whole process...Admittedly, a wedding on a boat is very different, more different than I expected, on a boat from a wedding at a regular venue. If you have chosen one of the boats, please make sure you find an experienced photographer with your venue, whichever boat it is. Sharon was very good at communicating beforehand. She sent me a questionnaire to fill out to learn more about the wedding. Every time I sent something new to her, she would send me back with an updated plan. I thought that was very assuring for a bride to know exactly what we were expecting on the wedding day. The day of, she was very professional and she would direct us how to pose for our pictures. As you know, people freeze in front of cameras. Thanks to her, we had fun and also good photos. One thing that was really impressive was that she was good with kids and our little puppy. She knew how to get their attentions, well of course other guests as well. Overall, we enjoyed our wedding day and our wedding photos with Sharon and her assistant. We would recommend her, especially for those events on Electra Cruises.

My husband and I got married on the Athena through Electra Cruises. I wanted another photographer,…read morebut he wasn't available, he referred Sharon Pulcino. It was my second wedding, so we didn't need a lot of photos, just the sunset, pictures with the kids and our families. I chose Electra's basic pkg. I should have seen the RED FLAG when Sharon told me the basic pkg was for "FILM" not digital photos. She said if I choose the basic pkg, she will take a few rolls of pics and hand me the film at the end of the wedding. If I wanted the FILM processed and scanned, it will cost me an additional $200. I told her I didn't realize photographers were still using film. She said she will do digital if I wanted to pay an additional $100 and she would "process them." I called Tabatha at Electra about this. She said their photography package does indeed state "film photos," but it was a very old form they just hadn't updated. I also called a couple of photographers on Electra's list and NOBODY uses film anymore. Tabatha spoke with Sharon. Sharon responded to me with an email saying "I'll go ahead & create a special package for you. 200 photos on CD with light processing for Electra's basic package price - no upgrade charges." I explained to Sharon the main reason I wanted to have an evening wedding was to capture the sunset for our photos. Unfortunately, she didn't capture any pictures of the sun setting behind us during our portraits, but she got a couple of shots of our guests. I received the wedding CD after the wedding with an email from Sharon stating "Electra's package is a download & burn only...digital has an amber cast on facial tones that needs to be corrected. Also I noticed blacks need to be lower in some photos. Properly process all the files $250." According to Sharon, the "processing" she previously mentioned "is only to convert to JPG"!! She's right, our pictures did have an amber cast on facial tones and some pictures were dark! This woman is outrageously shameless! She is constantly trying to extort people for more money and taking advantage of people wanting/needing good pictures for a moment you can never recapture!! I contacted the other photographers on the list and asked if they "process" their pictures before giving them to the customers. They all said absolutely! They adjust the lighting and process all the pictures. They said not doing so would be handing over an incomplete product. I called Electra and got the runaround from Jason the manager. He had an attitude like he couldn't care less and basically told me I got what's described in the package. After explaining what the other photographers said, he finally said he would contact Sharon for a special favor and ask her to "process" the pictures. Well, Sharon sent me another disc. She wasn't even professional enough to use a new one (cost 5 cents?). It had somebody else's name scratched off on it. I almost cried when I saw my wedding pictures. Every single one of them had a blue hue/shadow to it. She didn't fix them, she made them worse!!!! I called Jason at Electra again. He was extremely rude this time and told me he did everything he could. I guess once Electra has your money, you're kicked to the curb. I finally told him I was going to write a bad review about Electra, he argued that they had nothing to do with it. I told him Creative Vision Photography was their vendor and I would have never used them if Sharon Pulcino wasn't on their list of PREFERRED vendors. He changed his attitude and told me Sharon should have known better, she worked for Electra as a wedding coordinator for many years.......He said he would "pay" Jerry Kelly (the photographer I originally wanted to use) to fix my photos. Jerry did and they came out so much better!! I hope you read this about my horrible experience before choosing your photographer.

About a month before our wedding date the videographer we had booked almost a year in advance decided that he was going to cancel on us for personal reasons. I asked our photographer if he had any recommendations and asked my friend in the music industry if he had any friends that we would even consider flying in. Our friend told us Vinney has some background in Videography. On his site he had more engagements than weddings I think but I liked what I saw and with about a month away I was willing to take anyone whose content looked good. The introduction was over a phone call. He asked a few questions, we asked a few questions--also knowing we were willing to fly him from SoCal and pay for his room. He sent us the proposal and contract. Vinney's communication is superb! It was very nice and he was easy to work with. He already had a pretty easy electronic payment process. Oh and the video product itself... AH-MAZING! He recommended pouring glasses of wine and sitting and watching it together, just me and my husband. Early on in the planning I asked if he could incorporate my friend's saxophone playing into the video. I had no idea when he would get it to start playing and just let him do his magic. He started the video with (I think) pretty generic music that goes with the frames. Vinney's magic came when he used the Matron of Honor's speech where she started to talk about how kind and caring my husband is and THAT was when you could hear my friend playing You'll Be in My Heart. I lost it at that moment. Like it was so epically good that the waterworks started! We've showed our family and a few friends and they rave about how well done it is. Vinney is VERY talented with his videography. His style is fun, smooth and matched our personalities. I would recommend his videography any day.
