My husband and I went in on a day when CRS's hours were until 5:00pm. We arrived at 4:30 with all of our paperwork to finally get my car titled since returning from military service. We were told that they were closing in 30 minutes and that the titling process can take 20-30 minutes to complete - and that they wouldn't do it. They told us to go to Runkles in Hanover instead. As a business owner myself, that really upset me. I give and expect the best customer service no matter what. If your hours on your door say that you are open until 5:00pm, then accept and help customers until that time. If someone arrives 30 minutes before closing and you send them on their way because you don't want to stay a minute past 5:00pm, then shame on you. You need to change your hours on your door to read "Open until 5:00pm - but don't come in after 4:30 if you're here to get your car titled". I'll be taking my business to Runkles from here on out. A little longer of a drive, since I live 2 minutes from CRS, but Runkles accepted us and gave us excellent and prompt customer service. By the way, you clearly state on here, and I quote "We put the customer's needs first and strive to exceed all service expectation." You have completely failed me on that front. read more

We had all of the paperwork required for titling a vehicle that belonged to my husband' snow deceased grandmother into our names. We went on Friday and everything went smoothly. Monday we got a call saying that they needed a copy of the short certificate in order to complete the titling. We the. Contacted my husband's aunt who scanned and faxed us a copy the next day. Called to get their fax number. "Oh, we need the original with the seal in our office before tomorrow morning or you'll have to surrender the tags." I asked if we would get a refund if that was the case. "You'd have to take that up with Harrisburg." It was appalling. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Who expects a payment for NO service rendered. read more

These people are all amazing. They will go above and beyond to do what they can to help you. I was going through a difficult time and they did everything imaginable to work with me in order to be able to make my payments. They also re-worked my policy to get all the discounts we were entitled to. A top notch group. Have also used them for title transfers and also did a great, smooth job of that as well. We tried to title our car with them and they did not explain the title process clearly to us. They said PA required the original title so we contacted the lien holder and they sent a notarize copy of the title. They said they couldn't use it they needed the original. I gave them a fax number and after a week I called them to see if they had received the title they said they hadn't heard anything. So we spent more time on the phone to get the title for them and the title was finally received by them and when we went there to title the car. We told them we weren't happy and just wanted to title our car and go. They kept harassing us saying we have to be happy or they were not going to title our car. I said we are not going to be happy so just title the car. They refused and would not title the car. Terrible customer service and I am glad I am not the only one that thinks that.
