I brought my truck to him because it broke down. He told me it needed a new engine so I paid him to do the job. Worst auto shop in Lawton, Owner is dismissive, rude and a straight out liar. My minivan decided to die about 10 blocks from this repair shop so I thought hey we'll just contact them surely they can get it 10 blocks, nope he gave me a # to call for a tow. (Another unpleasant experience, for another review). So $100 later my van is at the shop. He said give us a few days and we will give you a call. Week later I called, still working on it they'll call. Well couple of days later they do call say van is ready. I get there. They have taken out the idata smart wiring harness. The part that controls features like remote start, backing cams, alarm, etc, I didn't know for sure that's what it was Kinda had to take his word til I had more info. He told me it was an override cut off put in by dealership in case I missed a payment, they could cut it off. So he charges me $500 to rip a necessary piece of equipment out, Gave me a van with remote start, alarm, not working, though car would start and drive something was draining battery now. Just as follow up, took van to Audio Tech, Austin had the smart harness reinstalled with firmware and software flashed and updated in a couple hours. Bottom line don't use this shop, They are dishonest and will scam you if given the chance. read more

Its been 9 weeks yes 9 weeks to fix my transmission .ive hundreds of times they maybe answered 4 times and thats pushing it so today is 9/15/22 i called trying to get answers i told him i filed a law suit against them all he said was i dint care about all that and hung up on me . it proves they dont care how they use customers. And take advantage of their customers..and os if right now they cant tell me when its going to be done .im going after them for the money i paid them for excessive weeks og getting to work n home.and court n attorney fees n for the stress n lies theyve put me thru.. If I could leave a -5 star review for this "business" and it's owner I would! I had our vehicle towed there to have the alternator replaced at the beginning of March 2023. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks. After being told week after week that it would be ready at the end of business or by the next morning at the latest for months, I finally had no choice but to have it towed to a different mechanic. Once it arrived at the other mechanic's shop, I was devastated to learn that not only was there NO alternator (which I paid Dewayne to replace), but also SEVERAL parts were missing from our vehicle. I was told it appeared as if it had been used for salvage parts for a different vehicle. Hoses, wires, clamps, the paid for alternator, and other parts were missing. I was told it would be a minimum of $2,000 to replace the missing parts and possibly another $1,000 to complete the repairs to have it running again. Not only is Dewayne a THEIF, LIAR, and EXTREMELY POOR business owner and mechanic, but his wife is crazy. She yelled and cursed me out when I simply asked when my vehicle would be finally finished. Then he refused to complete the already PAID for job and just allowed his wife to curse and yell at a paying customer. So, if you are in need of a mechanic... DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Complete fraud! Kept my car for days.. . Finally put in a starter... got home to Altus.. car wouldn't start... he promised he would come fix it.. a week went by and he did not show up after countless excuses. So I opened my hood and got my tools and put in a new starter... why did I have to put in a starter after I just paid $300 for a new starter to be installed? It was a starter marked from a Salvage yard. Also told me he needed $320 to fix some part that is not broken. He never even got the part but wrote me a receipt but now won't give me my money even though he never bought the part. Have been calling he just makes excuses. Also he replaced the water pump on the car.. it leaks because he did not put a new gasket in. Also while driving on the highway about 50 miles away from my home my car all of a sudden started throwing water on the highway.. pulled over and car was overheating... turns out it was a hose that slipped off because the idiot can't tighten a clamp on a friggin hose.. This place is a completely fraudulent organization that needs to be arrested and jailed. read more
