I live out of state so I didn't have the chance to manage the process of the repairs. My bad but I trusted him because he was a referral from my real estate agent in TN. I had the home re-inspected, Ben didn't finish 10% of the home and ran with the money. The small items he did touch, he used the wrong type of fasteners on the deck pickets and the quality of the work was sub par according to the home inspector. He also switched out the cracked front window with a rear window and claimed he fixed the front window. My home inspector had high res pictures to prove it was the same window. The kicker is Ben told me the water heater was bad so I sent extra money to have him replace the water heater and he left the old 2004 unit in the home and also took the extra money.

It is hard to communicate with the people who are on your roof and there is little or no supervision to insure work is done correctly. The workers began to tear the whole roof shingles and sub roof off the building of my house with no one there to stop them until my husband stepped in to halt the work. They did get materials and fix the holes in my roof but It was the home owners responsibility to make sure the work was done correctly not Trico. Flashing was done poorly and if there are any special projects like flat, or small roof sections they are not proficient. On the positive side the color of roofing was good and they were careful to cover and protect landscaping on the ground around the house. Also they were fast, finishing in only 2 days. But I am not sure that was a good thing?
