Everything was very smooth and the logistics & price were very good for the quality & convenience of service. A crew of 3 loaded the truck, & with our house having 3 levels I was glad the movers were young and strong guys. On the receiving end they had 2 movers to unload, but it was much easier in Florida with a 1 level home. All in all they were professional & efficient. The day before my move I was told I had to have a cashiers check. When I explained that I was told I could pay with a card and would pay right then, they still made me get the cashiers check. Lie #1. Then Lie #2, the mover told me that I was over quoted and due a refund. It was in the paperwork when I signed at the end. Their receipt link expires and you can't bring it back up and when I explained the issue I was again told that I was not told correctly and I paid exactly what I should have and was not over charged. I said its in the paperwork and he said its not. Complete lie bc I saw it when I signed the document. The movers themselves are wonderful. But because the office staff lie and then don't honor NOR work with the customer to fix THEIR misinformation I will NEVER use this company ever again, and make sure to tell anyone who is planning a move NOT to use them. Worst experience ever.

Jacob was responsive via phone and text, answering my messages in a timely way. They arrived on time and even requested an earlier start, which was great by me. Jacob and Mario did the actual unload. They were patient with us as we figured out where everything needed to go. They were friendly yet professional in every way. Even though my piano is just a (relatively) small spinet, I appreciated the care they took with it. I would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them whole-heartedly.
