Meagan gave me the best haircut I'd had in at least 7 years!! She listened to what I wanted & did exactly that! She was very precise and did a great job of blending the grey into my cut. She achieved what I wanted as well as offering feedback which I like. I am definitely going back to her & so thankful I found my new hairdresser! She & I really bonded & chatted the whole time. A relative told us they had a nice variety of extensions, lengths, and colors. That they have! I was overwhelmed at first, but then I found my groove mid-exploration. Prices are reasonable. Myself and the ladies in my party were all planning to style our hair differently, and this place suited all of our needs. They even have clothing. There's another beauty supply in the same parking lot. I didn't go in there, but there's no need...they'll have what you're looking for here.

I went to Xpress Cuts on 08/13/2022 for a haircut. When I was finished, I inadvertently grabbed…read morethe stylist's cell phone off of the counter thinking it was mine. 45 minutes later when I realized I had someone else's phone, I returned to Xpress Cuts and asked the other stylists if anyone was missing a phone because I had one and it wasn't mine. They all said NO, NO ONE is missing a phone here. So I left. The stylist who cut my hair then went to my job and told my manager that I stole her phone and that if I did not return it she was going to call the police. This took place after I tried to return the phone. My mom was in the store at the same time, and she proceeded to call my mom a bitch. I got a call from my manager telling me some lady was going to call the police over a cell phone and I then knew whose phone it was so I immediately returned it to Xpress Cuts. The stylist needs to be fired for going to my job, threatening to call the police on me, and accusing me of stealing her phone. Mind you, I returned to Xpress Cuts 30 minutes after she cut my hair and tried to return the phone only to be told no one there was missing a phone. The stylist made a total fool of herself and I cannot recommend that anyone visit this salon.

To the person that took someone else's cell phone and has the nerve to write such a complaint .... How dare you !! You are the one that took someone else's phone. You did the right thing by trying to return to the store and bring it back, but what you should have done is just leave the cell phone there, the place you took it from and its NOT EVEN YOURS !! I don't believe for one minute the person trying to make direct contact with you had any other intentions other than to get her phone back. I have gone to this location several times and have never had the first issue, or any such rude behavior from any stylist. They have always been friendly and helpful and April there has cut my hair several times and I usually ask for her. I will continue to go back, too !! One really undeserving complaint like this really hurts the business and their efforts to try and gain more customers. Its just really a daummed shame when after all.... YOU TOOK A PHONE THAT DID NOT BELONG TO YOU and you did not just return it and leave it, and then made some serious drama about it.... shame on YOU !!
