I don't know why there are such bad ratings. This salon in town is one of the best. It's always clean and looks nice. Not a gossip shop like some of the other ones where people never shut up. The people there are just as friendly as any other place. And they do a great job every time. read more

0 stars.. apparently walk in regulars are priority over appointment making clients.... Yet they say you have to make one...Totally disrespectful not to mention after you call them out on it they start talking in their language.. fyi iphone users activate your translate app to catch what's being said ... if I could leave without giving a star I would.. had to! read more

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I have lived in many different states due to the military. I have family that lives here, so I figured it couldn't be that bad... man I was wrong! This was the WORST fill/color I have ever gotten in my life! It is 2016... your salon needs to update their techniques and learn new things. When a customer comes in and can tell you how to do something, because you point blank tell me you don't know how to do it, and then refuse to do it still... you have a lot of learning to do. You're terrible manicure on me is now all over social media, and my nails now look like crap for my wedding... thanks for the memory! You will never be recommended again! If you want your nails to look like crap, then I certainly suggest you to come here! If not... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Update* As of 02/14/2016 I have two nails that have chipped both acrylic and gel! I have NEVER had that happen before! Yep... the absolute worst out of hundreds of times I have had my nails done, and many different salons! read more

My daugther called on 5/8/18 and made an appointment for 10:00 5/9/18. When she got there she was told that they were booked and it would be 1:00 before they could get to her! She drove 30min from her home to your salon & could not wait the 3 hours so she went back home. Whats the point in an appointment only to be put off 3 more hours? The gift certificate says no refund for cash but she should have been refunded for this! read more

I visited this nail salon on July 12th, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. The nail technician frequently asked what occasion I was getting my nails done for. I didn't tell her at the time, but I was actually getting them done for my wedding, which made the experience even more upsetting. I have had acrylic nails done multiple times throughout my life, but I told the technician that it was my first time because I wanted to make sure she took her time and did them properly. During the process, she used a significant amount of acetone, and I specifically told her that it was burning. Instead of addressing my concern, I was told that it was only burning because it was my "first time." I have never experienced that with acrylics before. The most concerning part was when she was filing my natural nail with the drill. She filed a large, painful dent into my nail, and I immediately noticed something was wrong. When I pulled my hand away because of the pain, I was told that it was because my "cuticles were dead." As someone who previously worked in cosmetology, I know that was not an accurate explanation for what happened. From what I observed, the drill was not being held at the proper angle, and my natural nail was damaged as a result. When I called the salon afterward simply to explain what had happened, I was disappointed by how I was treated. The conversation became uncomfortable, and I felt that they were speaking inappropriately about me in their language. I had a translator present, so I understood what was being said. I was not initially calling to demand a refund. I simply wanted to communicate what happened and address the situation. Before I could even explain that I wanted the acrylics removed because of the damage and discomfort, the interaction became so unpleasant that I ultimately felt I had no choice but to go to another salon to have them removed. I understand that mistakes can happen in any profession. What matters is how those mistakes are handled afterward. Unfortunately, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. I would strongly encourage anyone getting their nails done here to speak up if something feels wrong and make sure their concerns are actually addressed.

One lady was just walking around ushering people in and filling water bowls with fresh hot water for over an hour (because I wasn't the only one sitting and waiting) then finally walked over and started on another person's pedicure. She could have been doing that the entire time and getting people out quicker. Why let people call and make appointments for a certain time and then make them wait forever?

I'll start with the positive. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities appear clean…read more Unfortunately, the place is not peaceful and relaxing, and I don't think the person who did my facial - LaDonna- really knew what she was doing. She also was cutting hair. The room was bright. She played spa music from her phone that was way too loud, and didn't turn it down when I told her I was having trouble hearing her over the music. She also kept receiving texts that would ding loudly and momentarily stop the music. She then proceeded to clean my face by pouring on some kind of wash - directly into my eyes. It was so incredibly painful, I shot up off the table, begging for her to get that out of my eyes. She apologized and started handing me tissues until finally getting me a wet washcloth. It took several minutes of wiping to even be able to open my eyes. I later washed my eyes in the bathroom sink, but they stayed red and swollen for hours. She said the wash was thick, so she'd added water to thin it. I let her continue the treatment, but it was hard to relax when my eyes hurt so much. She did a coffee scrub, hot towels and some moisturizer, and ended up leaving sugar scrub all over my face and neck. Overall, it just was a very poor experience and I would not go back nor recommend. I told the front desk about my experience, but was not offered any type of acknowledgment for my trouble, just another wet towel. They even had the nerve to try and sell me the products she'd used on me!
