If you're looking for any sort of NFA-related engraving, with its strict ATF requirements, forget it. According to the lady I talked to, any engraving they do will just be light scratches in the finish and won't go into the metal at all. Apparently they also do laser engraving, but again, this rather uninformed lady said all they can to with their laser is maybe penetrate the finish, but nothing into the metal at all. She even claimed there's no such thing as a laser that will go into the metal. I didn't bother trying to argue with her about it. Also, they say that the piece has to be left there for a week or so. I tried to explain to this lady that it's a violation of Federal law for them to take in a gun overnight without a FFL, and that any gun work needs to be done same-day, while the customer waits, unless they log the gun into a FFL bound book. I also tried to tell this lady that the receiver I had to be engraved was a firearm according to Federal law, even though it can't be fired, and needs to be treated as a firearm. Again, this lady was clueless about all this. I gave up on it. This is the second NH "trophy engraving" place I've been to that claims they can engrave firearms, but when I get there, it's a big waste of time and travel. I guess I will have to mail the receiver out for engraving at a place that knows what they are doing.

Tony went out of his way picking up the Yeti Ramblers that I had purchased online for in-store pickup at the Kittery Trading Post. Again, when it was time to pick up my order, Tony met me during a lunch break to deliver the finished products. I also failed to mention that this was a RUSH order. Tony turned around my request within days, working evenings and on the weekend. Fast forward 6 months and I placed my second rush order. This time I thought it would be helpful to order the Yeti Ramblers from Amazon, so they would get shipped directly to his shop. Well, as we all know, Amazon ships what they have from different locations, not all at the same time. Tony was waiting for one last purple Yeti to arrive and with a deadline quickly approaching he offered to go to a local retailer and purchase a purple Yeti so we could keep things on schedule. Who does this? Best customer service EVER! To boot, I accidentally omitted one mug from the order. Tony quickly got another mug and shipped it to the location where our celebration was being held.
