We regret that we moved into this apartment. We can hear every steps, toilet & shower running and kids' running around from up stares. In contract, they assure quiet living environment so I went to the management office but, their answer was like "Live with it!!!" And my car will be ruined because driving ways are so old!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. These are paper thin walls. If you live in a downstairs unit, prepare to constantly hear people walk, move, stomp etc. these floor CREAK. Like the ceiling will cave in. This management leaves the front part with grass, the back part of the complex looking like the middle of Afganistan when Biden pulled out. No grass all dirt, and trash everywhere. Trash is constantly everywhere. They do not do a good job of cleaning up the dumpsters. This is THEE only complex in Laughlin that looks this way. Every other complex is by far better in just visual alone. The foundation and floors: most likely hasn't been kept up to date. Every part of the second floor creaks. It creaks like the floor will be caving in. It's SO irritating trying to sleep and then 6am BOOM: STOMP STOMP STOMP. Not to mention the white-trash hicks letting their children run around in nothing but a diaper screaming like inbreds leaving a whole make shift fence full of their trash right in the front of their place. This is like the complex if you want to live next to users and people refusing to go to treatment. If you're looking to score, this place is the prime spot. Cops here every night. The worst apartment complex on the planet literally if you want a true review about this apartment look up crown point cuz that's who they are really and that's the kind of work ethics and condition the employees and property is in... They lied to you every time they open their mouth seems like their purposely making matters worse if you put in a work order not only can they not fix the majority of the issues but they've successfully made it worse a leak in my window that they're incapable of fixing nor nor will they get professional actually here to fix it now I have a huge hole in my wall that they cut out and left like that which they're incapable of fixing themselves I don't feel comfortable whatsoever having them step foot into my apartment without me being here so they put a threatening letter on my door to drill the locks like really that's how you make a tenant feel comfortable is that how you fix a problem by destroying more stuff they threatened to drill my lock and let my dog out if he's not kennelled sorry people got to work to pay the bills if you Even cared about how I felt you'd respect that and come when I'm here it's not like I don't have days off. So now I've had no choice but to cancel our work orders just they don't break into my apartment and let my dog out what kind of service is this what kind of way is that to treat a tenant that's paid rent every single month on time is quiet keeps doing self is it loud doesn't have parties over here in fact it's so embarrassing the condition that this place is in I wouldn't dare invite anybody over... Now I've had no choice but to go out and spend over $100 purchasing security cameras to protect myself from the people that work here dude what kind of situation would anyone want to live in like that and still living with three different issues here that haven't been fixed in fact once I cancel the work orders and stop bothering them their problems are done I still have to live with these issues but literally they just want to do the least humanly possible I'm beyond disgusted and want out of my lease as soon as possible which is pretty much what their goal was congratulations! Is dog poop all over the grounds nobody picks it up The guys that get paid to maintain this place don't pick it up who's supposed to then I'm tired of doing it so I stopped I pick up my own dogs poop but I'm not picking up other people's dog poop anymore then they try to pressure you into doing their job and reporting these people but they never do anything about it if you do report anybody so what's the point you know maybe people would pick up their own poop if just one of the numerous doggy baggy poop locations had bags in it God forbid anybody to think of that far through the daily job tasks what a joke ... Every single parking structure has eventually fell onto your car which is your assigned parking you have pretty much no choice in that I don't even park under the my assign parking because I can't afford for it to fall on my car and force me to take the bus or Uber to work you​while they sit on their ass and wait for the insurance company to handle it. I understand the policy but how many of these structures need to fall before they realize it might be a good idea to reinforce them all of them since they all seem to be falling isn't that common sense I don't understand. Just a prime example they do not care around here you can see that a mile away actions speak louder than words and changing your name because you've had such a bad reputation and lawsuits galore is bad business no matter what you call yourself desert Bay crown point it doesn't matter this is literally the kind of place that causes a person mental therapy and all the fake reviews that their friends are posting or the people in the office are posting which is what these majority of the positive reviews are isn't going to change anything... Desert Bay Apartments are the best you're going to get right on the Colorado River! The connection these employees have to their tenants is out of this world amazing and genuine-- especially Sergio. This young gentleman ALWAYS goes out of his way to provide the best service out there, he will climb every hill and jump through every obstacle possible. If i could give this apartment complex 0 stars .. Sarah incorrectly assigned me a parking...it was given away and now I pay full rent and have no parking. I've gotten admin set up fee's for the third time and keep getting dismissed about it. I could try to unterstand and work with management through these issues BUT there literally is 0 follow up. I've had to follow up multiple times and my husband has as well. We've been told Sarah's manager has covid but it's been 2weeks and 3 days now. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The have consistent water issues and turn off the water off for 4hrs or more multiple times a month. All I can say is don't move here. It's not worth the headache..... Oh and the review regarding maintenance is correct. The grounds are awefull and trash bin areas overflowed...ALWAYS. Update on 6/22 for parking situation that occurred. I informed Emily I still don't have parking as of 5/27/22. Sarah informed me she would tow a tenant parked in my reassigned parking. Yesterday 6/22 Sarah's manger Emily was under the impression all is ok and had the audacity to mention this was the 1st time she is hearing about this despite the reply to this review prior to my update. Her resolution was another dismissive. She would ticket the same vehicle to tow. OH AND GET THIS!! EMILY TOLD ME IF YOU PAY TO LIVE HERE YOUR ASSIGNED PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. GYM AND MAILBOXES CLOSE AT OFFICE CLOSE. This situation is outrages. SAVE YOURSELF and don't move here. I spoke to a leasing who told me he had a unit with some remolding done for a bit more money I agreed on that unit the deposit was 250 they charged me 500 and I have a 709 renters score. they charged a 200 cleaning fee prior to move-in and a 75.00 utility deposit I signed a 6 month lease Im at month 4 as I write this upon move-in the living closet door had a huge hole in it that had some kind of filler the stove was caked with grease the fridge missing a drawer and dented up every room in this unit had a good sized hole in it that had a really bad repair job the master bedroom had two leaks coming from the roof the master bathroom had two leaks and black mold possibly a large crack along the carpet trim 9"-10" long it took maintenance 3 month to find out the leaks were from a bad diverter valve from upstairs unit after 4 months all they have done was hang another living room door but won't close because it needs to be cut a half inch on both sides and a pipe under the kitchen sink that wasn't used for 5 days because it took that long to make it to my place they changed my leasing documents after they were signed now the cleaning fee is gone and the deposit for utilities Is showing as utility and setup fee they charge 15 acct setup fee and a 5.00 fee to generate a monthly bill for the water trash sewer. don't even believe any of the reviews this place has not even a trace of luxury, it does have trash on the ground and dog shit, you will get nickeled and dimed to death with small fee's. and the walls are paper thin I have contacted the corporate office who gave me a number to a regional manager who did nothing and corporate gave me another number to another regional manager who got me 45.00 credit for the insurance that was supposed to be added into the rent but wasn't, she would not even respond to me when asked about the cleaning charge. do yourself a favor stay away this place is nasty wait until you see my photos of this dump read more

This place is the worst community I've ever lived in. Had a roof leak that created black mold and mushrooms growing from the ceiling. They never repaired the roof. And when I properly withheld the rent legally, they took me to court for eviction. And even the judge didn't make them do the repairs that made me so sick I had no choice but to move. The judge did nothing for the landlord retaliation nor did anything to help with the health problems that I was having due to their negligence. I would advise anyone looking into living there to find a better community. As it's not safe health wise. Also the gate don't work and there is no sense of security at all. There are cars being broke into as well as people dieing, and the lack of AC not being fixed for elderly as well as pregnant women. Cheap doesn't always mean better when it out u and your family's health at risk. read more

Well I am sad to see all the bad reviews. I have had the total opposite experience. I sent in a work order for my kitchen sink dripping and my 2 toilets 1 not flushing and the other running. Less than 24 hours Peter was at my door ready to take care of my issues, he was in and out in so fast. This is the second time Peter has been here to fix something and I have to say he always so friendly and professional. Thank you for all you do Peter I greatly appreciate it! read more
