I found the experience of working with them to be exceptionally positive. From start to finish, every member of the team I worked with was highly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I always felt like I was talking to a friendly expert, not a salesperson. They patiently answered all of my questions and worked with me to create a HVAC system that was perfectly tailored to my house. The installation work was smooth and efficient, and they were able to accommodate a few small change orders (e.g. relocation of a dryer vent) at a reasonable price. Their process for collecting rebates and incentives was very well-managed as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new heat pump and water heater. Then they scheduled a second inspection for the same job; that also was cancelled with zero notice to us, again for incomplete paperwork. (We waited 4 hours for the inspector). They then rescheduled the inspection for today. We just learned it was cancelled, again for paperwork not submitted properly by Energuy. The only reason for Energuy to exist is to schedule inspections. They obviously are incompetent to do that. Worse than worthless company!!!
