The crusts were tough, the toppings seemed baked far too long, and even the specialty pizzas lacked flavor because everything was so overdone. The hot honey pepperoni sounded promising but ended up just as dry as the others. Even the cheese pizza, which is usually hard to mess up, wasn't enjoyable. With four different pizzas and not a single standout, this was a letdown for our group. Based on this experience, we wouldn't order from Pizza Professor again.

It came with a small cup of hot marinara sauce for dipping/pouring. It was definitely an interesting calzone but don't think it was worth the price. The restaurant has plenty of seating and it has a homey feel to it. And on a cold day, it's nice to be in a warm place from the oven and where there's the aroma of cooking pizza.

I didn't enjoy that at all. The cannoli also had very little filling, which was disappointing since I enjoy a cannoli every now and then. I can't say whether I would order from here again, since my second order was really disappointing. The two stars are only for the tortellini. If I do decide to order from here again, it will probably be quite a while before I do.
