Never use them ! They have the worst customer service. They told me I was responsible to fix my own ticket and their customer service yelled at me and said to call the polish airlines myself! That's absolutely ridiculous. They were unhelpful and very rude. read more

I've booked 3x with CCV and have used a different person each time. I was disappointed with the last person (would rather not list their name on here...). Cruise went down in price the very next day by around $50 which I know isn't much but hey it's something! I haven't yet made the final payment and they wouldn't deduct the amount from the balance. I inquired seeing if they could just add the onboard credit and was told no. I have a feeling if I had a different agent that they would have done something as courtesy either adding it the OBC amount, room upgrade etc. Just didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist to keep me as a returning customer... While I wouldn't say I wouldn't book again with CCV, I'd request a different TA. read more

Was referred to this travel agency and a specific travel advisor (TA) by my former travel agents who retired and closed their business. I used them to book a 'bucket list' river cruise and it was a very disappointing experience. From my first interaction the TA seemed uninterested in helping me. He booked the cruise and cabin I wanted and gave my deposit but that was about it. When asked about assisting with my flights he indicated I would be better off doing myself as "we don't always have the best rates". Suggestions for hotels pre and post cruise ? - said that would take a while for him to research and get back to me, never did, despite CC indicating they have an extensive database of hotels worldwide. Suggestions for how to book pre-cruise outings? - none offered. Did not respond to emails or phone calls. When I tried to call the head of the company to discuss my experience and and see how he could help, perhaps switching me to another TA, I got voice mail, left a message and then got one of the only promptly returned phone calls from the unhelpful travel advisor. My final payment was not applied on the day the agency indicated until I called to check and had them do so. They did offer complimentary reinsurance which I did get the document for along with my final paid invoice as I requested. Two weeks before the cruise I had not received my travel documents including boarding information, I called the cruise line directly and got from them, they told me they had sent it by email to the TA the week before, never got from him. I was on the cruise with many people who had booked directly with the cruise line and got far superior service, including assistance with flights and transfers, etc. I cannot recommend this travel agency, better to use another or book directly yourself. I had hoped to get help from Crown Cruise but instead working with them was a source of stress to me in an otherwise great experience that I ended up planning and arranging virtually entirely on my own. read more

This review is 5 stars solely for the deals I're recently gotten, so long as my onboard credit is there when I take my cruises that I've booked with this company. I've never been to the NJ address, but have contacted them by phone and email after finding them through CruiseCompete (which I also highly recommend). This company is very competitive and I've found they offer you more onboard credit than other companies, even while making the cruise cheaper than if you went directly through the cruise company (NCL in my two bookings). For both cruises I've recently booked with them, they offered onboard credit while going direct through NCL I wouldn't have received any! I booked cruises through two different agents and was happy with my deals. Another one, I was referred to by one of the others, misinformed me but luckily I was already in touch with a different agent who was able to help me out. Based on that, the fact that I could've missed out on a deal I considered lowering review to 3-4 stars, but I decided the overall deals and experience I received by the other two individuals made it worth giving them five stars. Just know what offers the cruise line is giving out directly, in case they try to tell you otherwise. You should get the incentives from the cruise line as well as what Crown Cruise is offering to win over your business. I would probably use this travel agent again but only because of the huge OBC for a cruise which I chose to apply to the price of the overall trip. Other than that service was poor. Jay was my agent and everything was incorrect. Credit card info was taken down incorrect. Birth dates were incorrect. Names were misspelled. Jay never returned calls, he did state he could be better reached through email. He had only responded once to the email! I had to call and speak with another agent. Did not give me proper notice of port covid requirements. When I got to the airport Jet Blue asked for paperwork for St. Maarten check in. I knew nothing about it and could not complete the required paperwork on line...lost air fare and cruise fare...I'm out $3,500 and no one cares...will never use them or Millennium again. read more

David always gives us the best deals and the most OBC of any agencies. David and Hilary are very quick to response to any of our questions or follow through. Have booked many times with David Hauser at Crown Cruise with no problems but this time he was very misleading. I requested a quote and he sent me a breakdown of the cruise price, taxes, etc. plus a list of amenities and on board credits from both the cruise line as well as from Crown Cruise. He specifically showed a $250 on board credit directly from Crown Cruise. However , while on the cruise, it only showed a $50 credit from Crown Cruise and a $100 credit for each person from the cruise line. I contacted David Hauser while I was on the cruise and he said that the cruise line credit that I received was really from him due to their relationship with the cruise line. Upon returning home, I contacted the cruise line to inquire about the $200 on board credit and they said that this was due to a special promotion that they were offering to anyone at that time and nothing to do with the travel agent. I would be very careful in dealing with David Hauser and Crown Cruise due these deceptive practices. read more

This time we had numerous problems some with Crown but mostly with NCL. Thanks to Sam Jemison they were all worked out.
