We booked over 8 cruises with Vickie....sometimes back-to-back but usually multiple cruises at a time. Very professional, pleasant and we can count on her for a quick reply. Vickie already knows what month we prefer, what ship and we always have the cabin number selected. We are so impressed by her service that we referred several passengers every time we're on board a ship. Thanks Vickie! Betty and Angelo cruising since 1979 booked our 106th, 107th and 108th cruise! read more

Ross has been amazing to work with every time. Quick to respond. Answers our questions. Gives guidance, as needed and appropriately, for every part of the trip. I used a website to get multiple quotes for a recent cruise. Ross/CCV gave a competitive quote. They're local to us, so we visited in person. After meeting with Ross, we booked that cruise. We've been so happy that we have booked 4 more with Ross. read more

Crown Cruise Vacations - Antarctica scenery from the ship (Splendor). - Travel Agents Near Me - Princeton, New Jersey

Booked a cruise with them and had a great experience and with good support, responsive and knowledgeable team.

Never use them ! They have the worst customer service. They told me I was responsible to fix my own ticket and their customer service yelled at me and said to call the polish airlines myself! That's absolutely ridiculous. They were unhelpful and very rude. read more

Customer Service (specifically Sylvia) was great. Very helpful and patient with finding the "right" cabin.

The worst!! I had used them a couple of times however this past cruise in my opinion showed the real Unprofessionals they have working there. In particular the most important if you don't want to be spoken to like you're an animal stay away from JAY WEINGARD!! Takes his anger out on clients .Also takes away on board credit he promises although the onboard money he would have given was our own money he added to bill! read more

I've booked 3x with CCV and have used a different person each time. I was disappointed with the last person (would rather not list their name on here...). Cruise went down in price the very next day by around $50 which I know isn't much but hey it's something! I haven't yet made the final payment and they wouldn't deduct the amount from the balance. I inquired seeing if they could just add the onboard credit and was told no. I have a feeling if I had a different agent that they would have done something as courtesy either adding it the OBC amount, room upgrade etc. Just didn't feel like they went above and beyond to assist to keep me as a returning customer... While I wouldn't say I wouldn't book again with CCV, I'd request a different TA. read more

Vickie is fantastic! She is responsive, easy to work with and has great prices! Truly a gem!

Kristin was wonderful helping us plan our cruise with Viking! She was so patient with all of our questions and always had the answers we needed. read more

I am very satisfied with the service this tourist agency provides with. Agents are very pleasant to talk to. You could book your journey over a phone or web. The website is very easy to navigate with. If you are a NJ resident, this agency may provide you with a NJ resident DISCOUNT which I believe is a great addition to have. Thank you for reading this and I hope you find this helpful. read more

The team was very helpful in making arrangements. We have had no issues so far and am confident that if there are any problems they will be addressed. read more

Have booked multiple times with them and will again. Very friendly and helpful. Always get a good deal.

With so many choices out there for cruises, my husband and I were a bit overwhelmed with the options. In comes Jay Weingard to the rescue! Not only was Jay amazing to work with, Jay got us the best deal available with a great cabin and view. After booking our cruise, Jays assistant Sam helped us get everything processed. Great team and we will never use anyone else. Thank you Jay and Sam for making our anniversary celebration one to remember. read more

Booked a transatlantic cruise with them and they did a great job. They answered questions quickly and did everything they promised. Would recommend them to anyone looking to book a cruise vacation. read more

This review is 5 stars solely for the deals I're recently gotten, so long as my onboard credit is there when I take my cruises that I've booked with this company. I've never been to the NJ address, but have contacted them by phone and email after finding them through CruiseCompete (which I also highly recommend). This company is very competitive and I've found they offer you more onboard credit than other companies, even while making the cruise cheaper than if you went directly through the cruise company (NCL in my two bookings). For both cruises I've recently booked with them, they offered onboard credit while going direct through NCL I wouldn't have received any! I booked cruises through two different agents and was happy with my deals. Another one, I was referred to by one of the others, misinformed me but luckily I was already in touch with a different agent who was able to help me out. Based on that, the fact that I could've missed out on a deal I considered lowering review to 3-4 stars, but I decided the overall deals and experience I received by the other two individuals made it worth giving them five stars. Just know what offers the cruise line is giving out directly, in case they try to tell you otherwise. You should get the incentives from the cruise line as well as what Crown Cruise is offering to win over your business. Now, if my onboard credit isn't there when I board my ship(s), I'll definitely let you know and update this review!!! :) read more

Hello Crown Cruise Vacations I am responsible for planning our vacations for the last 20 years. My wife does the scheduling of airlines and road traveling. Our desire to spend time at sea is our first and only choice. I do my do diligence when finding a cruise. I use Cruisecompete.com. The last 10 cruises I always come back to CRown Cruise Vacations. Eric R. Our agent, is willing to listen to my requests and deliver every time. No pressure. There are many choices in this competitive industry. Eric and this company are proof that being kind and respectfully will keep you in business. There is "No Better Value". Respectfully Mark U. read more

I use Jay, and I've gotten very good prices from him. Basically, I know exactly what I want, and the cabin I want to stay in. He does the booking. One star is missing because I have to monitor everything closely...I want the confirmation to be exact...and sometimes it needs to be corrected. read more

Was referred to this travel agency and a specific travel advisor (TA) by my former travel agents who retired and closed their business. I used them to book a 'bucket list' river cruise and it was a very disappointing experience. From my first interaction the TA seemed uninterested in helping me. He booked the cruise and cabin I wanted and gave my deposit but that was about it. When asked about assisting with my flights he indicated I would be better off doing myself as "we don't always have the best rates". Suggestions for hotels pre and post cruise ? - said that would take a while for him to research and get back to me, never did, despite CC indicating they have an extensive database of hotels worldwide. Suggestions for how to book pre-cruise outings? - none offered. Did not respond to emails or phone calls. When I tried to call the head of the company to discuss my experience and and see how he could help, perhaps switching me to another TA, I got voice mail, left a message and then got one of the only promptly returned phone calls from the unhelpful travel advisor. My final payment was not applied on the day the agency indicated until I called to check and had them do so. They did offer complimentary reinsurance which I did get the document for along with my final paid invoice as I requested. Two weeks before the cruise I had not received my travel documents including boarding information, I called the cruise line directly and got from them, they told me they had sent it by email to the TA the week before, never got from him. I was on the cruise with many people who had booked directly with the cruise line and got far superior service, including assistance with flights and transfers, etc. I cannot recommend this travel agency, better to use another or book directly yourself. I had hoped to get help from Crown Cruise but instead working with them was a source of stress to me in an otherwise great experience that I ended up planning and arranging virtually entirely on my own. read more

We have had great service with Jay and his team. Excellent value and good communication. If I ask for something work on it right away. I've done all of my communication via email which I prefer. read more

I would highly recommend not booking a cruise with this company. God forbid you need to change your dates they will not refund your money or even give you a cruise credit. You're basically screwed once you buy your cruise. read more

I would probably use this travel agent again but only because of the huge OBC for a cruise which I chose to apply to the price of the overall trip. Other than that service was poor. Jay was my agent and everything was incorrect. Credit card info was taken down incorrect. Birth dates were incorrect. Names were misspelled. Jay never returned calls, he did state he could be better reached through email. He had only responded once to the email! I had to call and speak with another agent. I had to call several times for various issues but could never get a hold of Jay. read more

Have been meaning to write this review for quite some time. I can not complement Jay Weingard enough. Jay has gone above and beyond what I expect of a Travel Agent. He has responded to my numerous, and I imagine, annoying, requests for pricing on other cruises after I had already booked a cruise with him at a fantastic price. In addition, on the cruise I did book with him, he dropped everything to secure the last two rooms in the category we wanted. I am easy to work with but hard to please. I am very pleased with Jay's performance and would not hesitate, and will, use again. Did I mention the great price? Richard A read more

Did not give me proper notice of port covid requirements. When I got to the airport Jet Blue asked for paperwork for St. Maarten check in. I knew nothing about it and could not complete the required paperwork on line...lost air fare and cruise fare...I'm out $3,500 and no one cares...will never use them or Millennium again. read more

Sharon Parchment and Crown Cruise Vacations did not make good on our Onboard Credit as promised on our cruise agreement. They never respond back to emails and just don't seem to care about their customers. I would definitely not trust Sharon Parchment or Crown Cruise Vacations. read more

Avoid this travel agency at all cost. You are better off forgoing the on board credit and booking directly with the cruise line. If you really want the OBC, find another agency. read more

I have used Crown Cruise Vacations for a very long time and the agent I use is David Hauser. David and his assistant Hilary has provided myself and my family outstanding service. David always gives us the best deals and the most OBC of any agencies. David and Hilary are very quick to response to any of our questions or follow through. Even though we Iive on the other side of the country and I have never met them, I have a lot of trust in David and Hilary that all will go well. Here is an email I sent them a few weeks ago. Thank you for your response. I received the revised invoice for my revision request for the new Princess promotion for our cruise. My husband, my parents, & family truly appreciate both of your wonderful service all these years. Geez.. David...I don't even remember how long it's been since I first contacted you, and even though we have never met you, I always felt a lot of trust in you. If we are able to one day be in NJ, we would like to take You and Hillary out to Lunch or Dinner. David, I truly am grateful, when I contact you, you give us the best possible benefits for our cruise. Hilary thank you for your quick responses. Even my Mom, says how fast you both respond to our calls & emails. You both are such a big help to my parents and my family especially w all the changes and logistics. This is how a travel agency should be.....We don't have to worry!! read more

Have booked many times with David Hauser at Crown Cruise with no problems but this time he was very misleading. I requested a quote and he sent me a breakdown of the cruise price, taxes, etc. plus a list of amenities and on board credits from both the cruise line as well as from Crown Cruise. He specifically showed a $250 on board credit directly from Crown Cruise. However , while on the cruise, it only showed a $50 credit from Crown Cruise and a $100 credit for each person from the cruise line. I contacted David Hauser while I was on the cruise and he said that the cruise line credit that I received was really from him due to their relationship with the cruise line. Upon returning home, I contacted the cruise line to inquire about the $200 on board credit and they said that this was due to a special promotion that they were offering to anyone at that time and nothing to do with the travel agent. I would be very careful in dealing with David Hauser and Crown Cruise due these deceptive practices. read more

My wife and I booked through Jay Weingard at Crown Cruise Vacations and it has been a great experience. Jay went above and beyond and provided excellent service to resolve an issue we had with our booking and made sure to make himself available to us at all times as well as his assistant Sam. We have booked with Crown several times and have had good service. I originally found them through Cruise Compete. Things are usually straight forward and there are no problems. This time we had numerous problems some with Crown but mostly with NCL. Thanks to Sam Jemison they were all worked out. I have never been told about a NJ resident discount as another reviewer mentioned but the discounts are competitive. read more
