Monthly payments are easy using the app. Utilities are very reasonable. My apartment was fully furnished and I mean fully. Every dish, fork, cooking utensil was there upon move in. Totally turn key! Neighborhood was fantastic with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Whatever you desire they will find it. Best part was the move out. Easy inspection and security deposit was returned without so much as a blink of the eye. Cleaning fee was super reasonable. Bottom line: if you are seeking a rental this is the company to go with. Professional, friendly, thorough and responsive to needs.

So much for transparency. Owner of this property now has to lose out on several months rent. We have been renting in Coronado for over three years with a clean rental record. Having just retired from State Department with decades of service to our country the esponse i received from Cresmont Property Managemet was unexpected. I would encourage both owners and renters to stay away from Cresmont property management. I'll do the same.

Our realtor, Craig, was amazing from start to finish. He helped us search for the right place and offered thoughtful, honest advice throughout the entire process. One thing we really appreciated was that we never once felt pressured to make a quick decision. Craig genuinely wanted us to find a home that we loved and that he himself would feel comfortable living in. He was also extremely diligent during the home inspection process, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Craig went above and beyond in ways we never expected. He even took the time to make a YouTube video for my husband to show him how to handle a few DIY things around the house. On top of that, he had several hour-plus phone calls with my husband just to walk through the escrow process in detail and make sure we truly understood everything that was happening. That level of patience and dedication meant a lot to us. At one point Craig had even injured his foot, and despite that he still showed up to help us view homes. That kind of commitment really says a lot about the kind of person he is. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Jeremy, our mortgage officer. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you can make, and Jeremy did an incredible job walking us through everything step by step. Our loan situation was a bit complicated in the beginning, but Jeremy gave us solid advice and helped us get to where we needed to be in less than a year. He always made sure we understood the financial side of things and felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. Jeremy also showed us that having a strong relationship with lenders and simply being a genuinely good, personable person who's easy to talk to can make a huge difference in getting a loan approved. On top of all his professional accolades and knowledge, he's someone who is approachable and easy to communicate with, which is honestly a rare quality and something that made this whole process so much smoother for us. What really stood out to us about this team is that they're not just a realtor group. They're a group of people who ended up becoming our friends throughout this journey. They made it clear that if we ever have questions down the road, they'll always be available to help, no matter how long it's been since we bought our home. That kind of long-term support means a lot. Overall, the entire team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and trustworthy. We always felt like they were truly in our corner. The constant communication between everyone meant we never went a day wondering where we were in the process. Even though we know they work with many clients, they made us feel like we were their only ones. We're so grateful for their support and guidance during such an important milestone in our lives. And when the time comes for us to buy or sell again in the future, there's no question -- this is the team we'll be working with.

I rented a "just remodeled home" and with the rains at the 4th month of rental water came in my kids room. I immediately told them and they said they had fixed it. 4 months later the same problem happened. Not only I had to leave the property and they did not do anything to relocate me for the remainder of our contact. They did not give me back my deposit and I am now in the middle of lawsuits with the owner of the place. It even came to the point that I went to the local candy store in the village and the owner of the store told me, in front of my kids, that I was responsible for flooding that house. So now I have this "reputation" in the town I live..... They never did anything to help to solve this. Anyway, would NEVER recommend this to tenants or landlords.

My sale involved several unexpected challenges, including complex HOA and lender requirements that could have easily derailed the transaction. Michael handled every issue quickly and strategically, coordinating between the lender, escrow, HOA management, and the buyer's side with total clarity. Throughout the process, he kept me fully informed, protected the value of my sale, and made sure every detail moved forward on time. What stood out most was that Michael never pushed for the easy route. He advocated for me, maintained pressure when necessary, and always explained both the strategy and the reasoning behind it. His negotiation skills were exceptional, resulting in a strong offer well above the list price. To make it even more amazing, this was achieved during the slowest time in the market: November/December! He created excellent leverage for buyers exactly when it mattered, turning an unprofitable sale into a very profitable one! Every part of the sale was handled well. His preparations for listing, pricing recommendations, marketing strategy, and buyer communication were spot on. His team was insanely responsive, organized, and proactive. Even with the complications we encountered, I always felt 100% supported because Michael remained calm and solution-focused. I cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough. If you are buying or selling in San Diego, you genuinely will not find a more capable, trustworthy, or skilled agent. He truly exceeded every expectation I had!

I guess I expected more when I drove to it after a day at the beach. For one I have gone past this house many times which should tell you how unforgettable it was. I also expected for it's age to look much older but it appears to be modernized and for sale (seriously would you want to buy it knowing someone was hanging off the balcony at one time?) I think I wouldn't mind coming back again, maybe at night. Less foot traffic, less sounds of the day. While I didn't get a vibe off of it, it was creepy just knowing what took place there and how very normal and sterile it seemed now staring at it for a bit.

Therefore, the Spreckels mansion is thought to be haunted and full of negative vibes. From the www.coronadobeachhouse.com website: The Spreckels mansion in Coronado is one of the most storied properties in the Crown City. The 12,751-square-foot property sits on nearly half an acre at 1043 Ocean Blvd. and commands a 115-foot unobstructed beach view. This is just what John D. Spreckels, who owned the nearby Hotel del Coronado and many other properties and businesses, had in mind. He lived in what is today the Glorietta Bay Inn less than a mile away, and the Ocean Boulevard home was to be his beach house. But in 1910, he gave it to his son Claus as a wedding present, and the younger Spreckels occupied it until his death in 1935. The house was sold several times after that. The house was the site of the 1982 Designer Showcase house for the San Diego Historical Society and local chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. Four years later, George Wiley, now a retired investment counselor, bought the home for $1.3 million. The architect of the mansion also designed the Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park and the Spreckels Theatre downtown. The Spreckels mansion incorporated Italian Renaissance and Beaux Arts styles. the website said that "the 27-room main house includes six bedrooms, 4- 1/2 baths, basement, attic and unfinished wine-storage room used during Prohibition. The northeast wing has a six-car garage and two apartments. A guest house, completed in 1928, contains two master bedroom suites, each decorated by an 18-inch fresco running around the perimeter of the room on the upper portion of the walls. One depicts San Diego historical scenes and the other, the French countryside." For such a beautiful, storied home, there has been much recent heartache there. Here's hoping that this magnificent home that every one who goes to popular Coronado Beach passes by will overcome the bad publicity and bad karma that it accrued this past summer with the two mysterious mansion deaths that occurred there.
