I received 3 quotes fairly quickly and decided on using Correct Appraisals. Yelp app marked them as "Verified License" and also I liked the background of the owner when I checked out the website. Corbin had posted his experience online. Also liked that he had spent some time in New York Metro area for at least 8 years. Appraisal was done quickly. As far as the report goes, very detailed with sales comparison analyses and photos. Service was fast, quick, and efficient. Great communications. Very detailed and thorough report.
