My wife and I came for a 3:30 PM Friday matinee of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. While we purchased our tickets ahead of time through Flixster/Fandango, we still had to wait in the main concession line just to retrieve our physical tickets to enter the auditorium. Because we weren't planning on buying any food or drinks, having to stand in that line was a bit of an inconvenience. That said, once we made it to the register, the concession employee was courteous and pleasant to deal with. The entire facility, from the lobby to the concessions area and the auditorium itself, was clean and maintained. The screen presentation and audio quality were good, with zero issues during the film. As for the seating, the recliners were relatively comfortable, though they felt a bit aged. My main issue was that in the fully upright position, the headrest pitched my head too far forward. While seating comfort is subjective, my wife actually brought up the exact same issue before I even mentioned it, so it's worth noting if you are sensitive to headrest angles. Pricing was $23 total for two standard-screen matinee tickets. Movie prices are fairly outrageous everywhere these days, so I can't fault Ayrsley Grand specifically for that, but it's still worth keeping in mind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely return though we plan to try out a few other nearby theaters first to see how they stack up.
