I called them repeatedly to fix the lawn and they have ignored my phone calls and attempts to contact them online. I was quoted $2500 to fix the lawn. And I have filed a BBB complaint in the meantime.

They were highly rated and the pictures were beautiful, however the conversation with those landscapers were so dull. Then Ami arrived! When I asked him for advice and delivered ideas, I was greeted with optimism and great imagination! Ami is quite artful (even in his personality and words) and knowledgeable about his craft. Very fun and comforting to work with. I made a huge mistake by adding about 480 cubic feet of dirt along the bordering gate in my backyard - naively hoping to build an XXXL raised garden bed. Ami was the only professional who disagreed. All the dirt was removed from the gate the next day! He indeed saved me from damaging my gate and losing tons of money in months to come. His insight is trustworthy. Regarding execution, the work was done incredibly fast and well. Ami's crew is friendly, considerate and even thoughtful about some parts of my yard that wasn't even discussed. Very proactive and kind. We were clients for 14 years, and we were loyal. 3 years ago, they destroyed my raspberries, we…read morestayed with them, 2 years ago they destroyed one of my garden tents with the weed wacker, instead of replacing, they sewed it and we were ok with it, last year, they got all new guys and they destroyed 6 garden tents with the weed wacker and needed to reimburse us for $650 to replace them (not able to sew them) and we still stayed with them. This season, they came and did our neighbors lawn and we figured that they didn't have enough time, so my Husband called to leave a message to find out when we were scheduled. We received no call, but an email stating that we had been terminated. They did something wrong and we were terminated after 14 years. Fine, even though we did nothing wrong, it is their perogative, but be professional enough and not cowardly and call the customer you have had for 14 years to tell them what the reason for termination is and don't wait until the cutting season starts and make us reach out before you terminate. It's bad form for a company to be vindictive in that way. We have called to talk to them several times, with no reply. If they will do this to a customer of 14 years, they will definitely do it to a new person.
