This season, they came and did our neighbors lawn and we figured that they didn't have enough time, so my Husband called to leave a message to find out when we were scheduled. We received no call, but an email stating that we had been terminated. They did something wrong and we were terminated after 14 years. Fine, even though we did nothing wrong, it is their perogative, but be professional enough and not cowardly and call the customer you have had for 14 years to tell them what the reason for termination is and don't wait until the cutting season starts and make us reach out before you terminate. It's bad form for a company to be vindictive in that way. We have called to talk to them several times, with no reply. If they will do this to a customer of 14 years, they will definitely do it to a new person.

He was quick to respond to our emails and patiently answered our questions. Leo and Justin did an amazing job on our 4 trees. Not only do the trees look much better, but their work reflects a knowledge of what's best for the trees themselves. They pointed out and explained specific things that were done and made sure we were happy with the results. And they left our yard cleaner than when they started! It was a pleasure working with Giroud/SavATree and we highly recommend them. A lot of companies do tree work based only on what the homeowner wants, regardless of what each type of tree needs. Using certified arborists like Giroud guarantees that your trees will be protected and allowed to grow as nature intended, balanced with what the homeowner wants and needs.
