I received quotes from many other Facebook recommended landscapers and was given designs that didn't fit with my nonexistent vision. In fact the 2 quotes I got couldn't be more different and the companies bad mouthed each other. So like a true procrastinator I went with neither. Months later I was ready to start the process....thats when I met Mike and Cesar. Mike is the owner of All Terrain and from the moment he meets you he will treat you like a longtime friend. In fact-before he even had my business they came out to my house twice and took me to a nursery. I explained to Mike that I had no vision for my yard but that it needed to be spruced up. He asked me what plants I liked and didn't like- I had no idea what plants I liked. Mike took me to 2 nurseries and his home property where we drove up and down the aisles as he took notes of what I thought was nice and what I didn't like. Mike asked me my budget. He didn't give me an estimate until he knew what we were working with. We did a decent job staying close but ended up needing more sprinkler work and a new pump as well as new grass and which I planned on doing so within reason we made adjustments. I never felt pressured to make decisions and we changed design a couple times. My yard looks AWESOME. Mike and his entire team showed up and got the job done. Mike stayed in constant communication. Even after the job was done Mike checked in to make sure I was watering the grass and came back to check on my sprinkler pump (and even fixed up some stuff at no extra cost). Mike and his team also did some side jobs for neighbors who were so excited at how nice my yard was coming along. He and his worker arrived at 9:10am with the full trailer. All landscape beds were emptied, old edging removed and discarded, new bushes were added, new edging was installed, all new mulch was installed throughout. About 21 bushes installed and a few of my existing shrubs were trimmed. He also added about 10 yards of sod to the landscape bed as he reshaped it to look more symmetrical. Great experience. Fair, Honest, Knowledgeable, Insured I was looking for a…read moretree trimmer to trim our coconut palm, an overgrown mahogany tree and an overgrown oak tree. Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!
