I asked for my money back on the basis that if the drive was faulty how were they able to conduct a diagnostic report in the first place and also, in any event, if the hard drive was mechanically faulty they could not have carried out any labour time? I also asked them to provide an actual diagnostic report to show that they had done what I had paid for that never materialised? Taking a third payment without permission was also improper

Came with everything needed (didn't need cables, etc, but offered for free if I did). Went back two days later for a new monitor - cables, etc, again offered for free. Set up immediately. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in Bangor and need a PC or parts for it, or repairs, I really don't think you could do better.
