Yesterday I visited the site There was a fairly long queue…read moreprobably 15 - 20 cars . So I was prepared to wait. As per normal I always switch my engine off (environmental and saving fuel reasons) then wait for at least two car spaces before moving. This time I was at least 8 cars behind entrance when a elderly recycling employee approached my car. He peered into my car cigarette in his hand and knocked aggressively on my window several times.He shouted at me to move up. I felt intimidated and refused to open my window. He then tried to tell the lady behind me to over take me . It was a dreadful experience . I'm 72 and was physically shaken by his behaviour. I even asked a very nice gentleman could he tell me what day he does not work there thinking I will visit when he is not working .

Staff don't make it easy. Grumpy, sarcastic. You don't know which category a thing should go in as…read moreit may be mixed media or something and they just talk to you or grunt at you - as if you were stupid. Why can't they just be pleasant?
