Quick update: I solely believe, after years of attending this church, that it is absolutely wonderful for the new seeker. If you're searching for an answer to, "Is there a God," you'll definitely find your answer here. For someone seeking deeper into the Bible, I wouldn't recommend Crossroads.
However, the Kids Club truly is the best.
Crossroads Eastside is a nice extension to the Crossroads community. Finally a spot on the East Side for fellowship! It's been a loooong time coming.
Located in the old Hobby Lobby next to Jungle Jim's, you can't miss the iconic industrial looking blue and grey. There's parking both in the front lot and the rear park and ride lot that Union Township has graciously shared with the Crossroads community.
Kids Club is ample and typical of what you'd expect at Crossroads. There's plenty of check in stations and the volunteers are heavily vetted (background check and references).
Plenty of opportunity to serve here. Especially in Kids Club and the Coffee Team. Coffee and pop is *free* and brewing! I recommend Highlander Grogg. This location is open through the week with free WiFi for meetings and hanging out with friends and Jesus.
The music is loud, this is not your typical Grandma's church but my Nana loves it here! It's different, it speaks to you in a real life, non judgemental way. After the band performs, campus pastor Greg speaks and then you listen to a recorded video message from our Senior Pastor out of the Oakley campus. All of the messages are the same for each campus (Mason, Florence, Uptown, Oxford, Andover.
