Communication needs to improve. I spoke to someone and tried to explain what I needed. But, all the…read moregentleman said was put in a repair request and someone will call you. Well, I thought "that's easy". I put in the request. But no one called me. Three days later I received an email stating that they will be in my area and if I wanted to put my name on the list to pick up my bike. I was surprised because why would I let you pick up my bike if I do not know where you are taking it to and how much it is going to cost me. I want to talk to someone about it first before I made my decision. This business has some good reviews. That's one of the reasons why I reach out to them. The other reason why I chose this business because they are mobile. But they don't do any work on your bike at your place. Again, they pick up the bike and then service it somewhere else.
