Alright yall.. my lease ended last month so i can FINALLY give a proper warning…read more DO NOT rent here. I can't even begin to list what we went through as tenants for the last 2.5 years here. Management is beyond terrible. Maintenance man is WONDERFUL but any outside service they call in is a wild card (leaving doors unlocked, coming in unannounced, etc). And god forbid you need to speak with a human from the office. We stopped into the clubhouse so many times for so many reasons and these weirdos would lock themselves in the office and refused to speak to us. We moved into a unit that clearly hadn't been inspected prior, and the ceiling caved in. We were moved to a different unit and given the weekend to move, but they gave us the new lease at 5pm Friday night. If we didn't sign, we didn't get the code, but there were so many errors on the lease. We were assured that these would be amended at a later date but we needed to sign, so we did (stupid us). This is how they coerced us into a brand new 18 month lease instead of a simple transfer. THEN my besties moved into a different unit and a huge fire broke out December 2024 (you can google this). The fire alarms did not work, and it was a couple in the parking lot that alerted everyone to evacuate. My friends moved in w us for a solid 2 months before any communication happened between those affected tenants and management. They broke their lease and got tf out. These guys SUCK. DO NOT RENT HERE.
