OWNER STATED: As a small business we often get taken advantage of. Reporting fraud on small businesses is becoming more common and now banks are finally working with small businesses to fight these claims.
IF YOU PROVIDED THE SERVICE YOUR CLIENTS SIGNED UP FOR THEN YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO WORRIE ABOUT SOMEONE REPORTING YOUR BUSINESS FOR FRAUD OR GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS. SEEMS SUSPICIOUS THAT YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CLIENTS FILLING COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE SERVICE OR LACK OF FROM YOUR BUSINESS?
OWNER STATED: At her dismay she opted to report us for FRAUD instead. Her own bank even decided to sided with our business.
PLEASE SEE DATE AND PHOTO OF MY BANK SIDING IN MY BEHALF, I NEVER REPORTED COMPANY FOR FRAUD I REPORTED AS SERVICE NOT RECEIVE AS DESCRIBED, BIG DIFFERENCE. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY SIDED WITH ME SEE PROOF IN PHOTO.
Don't waste your time or money with Movement Mechanics and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT.
My Worst Personal Training Experience Ever was at Self Made Gym San Marcos with Movement Mechanics, My first workout, halfway through the workout Mike answered his phone instead of focusing on what I paid him for (training), He engaged in a conversation regarding a complaint from a former employee, this phone conversation took up 20 min of my paid training session. I was offered NO compensation for the session; instead I got the story of the former employee behavior. My second workout, I show up on time at my scheduled 8am time thinking I was meeting with Mike. I'm standing around no Mike anywhere in sight. I decided to start stretching and finally after 10 min a woman walks up and ask who I'm looking for, after stating Mike she introduced herself as his wife and we began the session. Even though she was directing me on the workout her focus was on the family vacation to Egypt that was occurring in a couple days. Mike shows up 30 min into the workout Starbucks in hand. My 3rd session with Mike went fine, focus was on proper form, stretching (this is what I paid for and should get every time). I was introduced to the Ron whom was taking over for Mike while he was on vacation; I was to meet with Ron the following day. This was my 4th and my final workout. I walked into Self-Made gym looking for the Ron whom was covering for Mike. After interrupting his conversation and asking for direction on my workout, something I should have had to do. He directed me to exercise board C and told me to follow it, confused with the chicken scratch I ask Ron for direction, he tried to explain the squat/knee lift but stated he was unsure how Mike wanted me to execute the exercise finally together we came up with a squat leg lift that appeared to look appropriate. Ron then resumed to his previous conversation with a long time member of self-made. At this point I had enough! Every person I came across in the short 4 days was all disengaged, uninterested, unfocused on paid clients. 10 min into the training session with Ron I walked out. I knew that this would be the last workout with movement Mechanics. I clearly paid for a service that was falsely advertised on the website. Movement Mechanics is incompetent in training and customer service. Poor Coaching, Poor Motivator, Poor Movement Specialist, there's zero excuse for a trainer to fail to understand the nature of this kind of behavior.
Rookie Personal Trainer Mistake #1 - Not focusing on your paid clients.
