I came to this gym during a two-for-free special they were promoting. I've had the opportunity to check out a LOT of gyms in the Fort Worth and Dallas area, and this on is on par with any million dollar box in Dallas. It's HUGE. There is a ton of floor space, adequate equipment, and the trainers were fantastic! I think Issac was my trainer both times I came, he was knowledgeable and very friendly. The vibe of the place was my favorite thing though. Everyone, trainers and clients, were super supportive and motivating, and the whole place had a very uplifting vibe. Since then, I've signed up, participate 3-5 times a week, and I've lost 30LBS and gotten stronger in the last four months. If you're a local, you need to check this place out! read more
