If you are going to use a Personal Trainer, DO NOT use the rude & arrogant one known as Sinead Murphy!! Christ what a stroppy little S**t she is!!! The problem with most trainers is, (this definitely applies to Sinead), is that whilst they are lacking in social skills, some not only lack this but they combine this with being both rude & arrogant at the same time!!. They also seem to have this belief that the gym premises are their own personal property, so they assume they can bully you into getting off equipment you are in the middle of using if someone just happens to turn up and wants a class. buyer beware!!

Beware Sam may appear to be a good trainer but he has just closed down his second gym (and there…read moremay be more) at very short notice just before Xmas. His pricing structures encourage annual (and even lifetime) payment up front and a lot of people have lost a lot of money with no explanation as to why the gym needed to close. Would love it if he responded but he has disconnected all phones and emails and the only correspondence members received were from liquidators. Posting this as I don't want anyone to be conned like I was.
