From day one, the facility felt dirty and…read morepoorly maintained, no attendant during business hours, hours of operation not respected as in doors locked and no one there when it should be open -- definitely not what I expected for the price. What bothered me even more was the way the staff handled the membership. I felt misled about the terms, "no contract cancel anytime", and once I realized it wasn't what was promised, it became a huge hassle to cancel. I had to push back hard and even threaten legal action before they finally agreed to end my membership. Overall, I would not recommend this gym based on my experience. There are plenty of other places that are cleaner, more transparent, and far more respectful of their customers.

Now, I can slide it way back under my chair with ease! My ROM is almost even with my non surgical knee! My TKR knee can lock and be straight like my other knee! I can hop, skip, jump, and jog! I can play some basketball and ride my mountain bike. I owe all of this to my Physical Therapist(s), mainly it has been McKayle! ( Mikaela a couple of times, Olivia once) I believe we are a true partnership in my recovery.
