Which is not only ignorant, but a dangerous recommendation for myself and my SD partner. I've been an avid gym member most of my life, long before I became disabled. When World Gym Chilliwack opened and offered early morning spin classes I was hooked! Stacey's spin and "spin fusion" classes have kept me pumped for my 4:30 wake up Monday-Friday since January 2019. Stacey is the sunshine in the dark gym mornings and is an excellent motivator and instructor. All the staff here are super friendly, there are a wide variety of class offerings and the equipment is great. It's a completely non-judgemental environment and people at all fitness levels attend.
