I was quoted VERY pricey as we were relocating from CA to NC and no aircrafts take her breed anymore. Jose was so responsive, patient, attentive, and kind. He provided me updates prior to the trip starting and along the way. His price was beyond reasonable and the best price I could find; I almost didn't believe it lol. Next to no communication from the company and when I did get an email (THREE DAYS after he arrived in Amsterdam), they asked what I wanted to do about the situation. I paid nearly $4k for my dog to get stuck in a foreign country for nearly a week. On top of that, he did not have his leash or collar when he was delivered. TERRIBLE service and communication.

I completely trust them and am being serious when I say they have my highest recommendation. They use honestly beautiful brass and wood boxes with engraved plaques for the ashes and the pawprints are lovely and so nicely done. They're always careful with wrapping and shipping.
