Since I was handled so rudely by Cross management, I have discovered that you can purchase any CPAP supply just by picking up the phone and using a mail order company. Granted, they don't file insurance but their prices are so deeply discounted, it's not a big deal. No prescription required. No sleep study paper work required. No needing a RX to look at the masks then hassling my doctor with redundant forms and prescriptions before I can purchase or even look at their routine supplies. Best of all, I've been dreading my call to Cross because I've struggled with their red tape since 2013 and my doctor's office has been annoyed by them as well. Not sure what happened to this company during the past year or so but ever since James left the place these guys have no clue on what's going on! The young kids who are working over there are so unprofessional and have no knowledge of their products & little to no communication in their office. They continue to lose orders, forget to order, need Dr.'s RX (my Dr.'s office sent over at least 3 prescriptions) for everything and loses them and they can't keep the same staff over long period of time! Don't waste your time and money with Cross Medical unless you want to wait, wait and wait to get things moving over there! read more

My daughter broke her foot and the doctor prescribed a wheelchair from cross medical. We dropped the prescription off on the Monday when she broke her foot. It's been two weeks and they have yet to give us a wheelchair!!!! She has missed school for two weeks because she cannot walk on her foot. I have called everyday for a week and a half now asking about the wheelchair. Every time, they tell me "just one second" and put me on hold. Then they proceed to hang up on me. I knew they hadn't even tried to give us a wheelchair because when I called, a girl named Jasmine picked up the phone. She stuttered a few times before putting us on hold. "You mean... we have.... we called... we try to.... just one second please ma'am". On hold for 15 minutes!!! Then the automated voice says something about us being "disconnected" and that we needed to call again. I am going to pick the prescription up today and I am positive I will have trouble with them so a follow up review will be posted!!! read more
