Wife and I bought 2 brand new tires less than 2 months ago and we were here over 4 hours because…read morethe technicians had no idea what they were doing. So then we noticed them losing little air which can be normal in cold weather. Last week we noticed both tires losing more than 20 psi in 2 days so we brought it in to the Mattoon Walmart on May 1st 2026 and they looked at them put new valve stems in and aired them upto 50 psi and said they couldn't find anything wrong. I woke up Saturday morning and one of my tires was at 25 psi. It had lost that much air over night. So I called and brought it back on sunday the 3rd and they argued with me saying theres nothing wrong. Obviously there is or they wouldnt be losing that much air over night. I asked if the tires could be bad he said that I would have to contact the tire company lmao stupid you are the tire company I purchased them thru Walmart. At this point I think they need to refund me everything so I can go somewhere else where the technicians are trained and know what they are doing.

. Bought a 4500$…read morecouch with electric recliners and usb chargers, this Piece of luxury furniture has worked a total of 6 weeks out of the 14 months we've owned it. First the right side recliner stopped working properly. We called, they came and ordered new parts. 2 weeks later the wrong part arrived, then after another 2 weeks the right part came and they fixed it. Then things went down hill a couple days after that when the left side recliner started experiencing the same problems. Once again they came and this time they said it was our fault and refused to cover repairs. Despite it being the exact same issue that was previously covered by their in house warranty. Also... the usb charger completely fell apart, we were politely told that was also not their problem. Frankly cheap quality sold expensive, and not backed up by them. Needless to say we will not be returning customers. At the very most, don't shop here for the nice stuff.

The employees are so very friendly, helpful too. The store was very clean and organized ! There's a parking lot for many vehicles every time I've been there it just seems like it's nonstop customers coming and going. Shelby Eaton and Rachel is super helpful, caring, and goes above and beyond to help the customers. I've noticed them nonstop, cleaning stocking shelves, making sure the isles were clear and safe to go down and handicap safe as well Definitely a got to store when I'm town I'll definitely be coming back often
