I filed A claim for mold that was denied. The next year mold coverage was removed from the policy and rates went up. No effort was made to find a better policy. I finally left when the rates went up 20% with no effort to provide a better policy. I was able to find another policy through a different agency saving over $1000 with the same coverage. They really do not look out for their customers' best interests.
