The wash is especially good when the attendant does the pre-wash procedure with spraying and hand brush. So much so that I only go during business hours even though they are open 24 hours. I tip the attendant and I'm very pleased with the service. But more and more the attendant isn't present during business hours. Yet the cost of the wash is the same and the results are (slightly) inferior. I'm guessing that this is partly due to staffing issues but overall I tend not to wash the car when no attendant is present. I'm glad the company pays attention and responds to the Yelp reviews and would appreciate a response.

Driving home I noticed my hand was stained blue. Washing with soap and dish detergent did nothing. I called the place and the owner said to use certain kinds of cleaner. Of course we didn't have any so I had to go out and find it. The first place had only contractor sized containers, so I drove on to Aubuchon who did have a regular size bottle of the orange cleaner. After several scrubbings its mostly off. The owner apologized but offered no refund or free future clean for my troubles. Not a pleasant car cleaning experience. Next time I'll go to Extreme Clean.

So, you wash your car and step from the wash bay into your car and your previously clean shoes now muddy shoes are on what was a clean floor before you washed the outside of your car. Disgusting! Trash bins by the vacuum cleaners are bad too. They religiously leave them until the trash overflows the bins for a few days before emptying the bins. Obviously they do not care because the majority of their ratings are one star. It's too bad zero stars is not an option.

This place received #1 detail shop in NH on WMUR, not by my experience…read more I made a appointment to have my truck detailed inside and out. I walked around it with the owner and we talked about what I would like done, he agreed, no problem, $150. I dropped off the truck and told him he could have it for a few days. When I picked it up I paid him, it looked OK, I was on a schedule and had to leave quickly. While driving down the road, I noticed the marks for the Radar detector still on the windshield, after running my fingers on the windshield it was evident that he didn't wash the inside of the windshield or windows. I stopped for gas and walked around the truck. Nothing had been done to the bed cover as we had talked about. Opening the tailgate the inside of the bed was just as dirty as when I dropped it off, we had talked about cleaning it and he said as long as it was empty he would clean it. I could go on, but let's just say not much effort was put in. Basically I paid $150 for something I could have done better at a car wash with a roll of quarters. I was using my truck as a test for the rest of my cars and motorcycles, lesson learned, I will not use this place again. I'm still not sure how he received #1 detail shop in NH. Superior car wash had two modes (one being touch-less wash, the other being with friction). We chose the touch less option, which did a fantastic job at removing the specs of bird droppings and bug guts off my windshield and front bumper. It was not as effective in removing all the built up dirt, as its been a while since my car has gotten any wash action.
