Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything. He was honest about the type of work he offers and offered to provide a quote for the mulching and left the door open for future work when we are ready to do it. Their estimate came right away- clearly stating what it involved and it was 30% lower than the majority of other estimates- I called to make sure of insurance coverage and it was more than adequate.
