I got a double forward helix and the other shop botched it completely. One of them was not even on my ear, but just about on the side of my face. Not to mention, both piercings wouldn't stop bleeding. I talked to Jeff and Ben and even they agreed with me. Ben took me in after his appointments and even worked with me on the price. He listened to me as I explained and he did exactly what I wanted. Their customer service is FAR above the other shop I went to and they have very personable. The environment is very clean too! I said it because 1) I was very excited this was my first and 2) the representation is incredibly important and special to me and my husband. Once I settled down from my excitement, looked at the pictures, and video, it's not what I asked for nor was it what was drawn. My husband did also say he loved the picture. He only saw the final picture at the time. I did not show him the original or the drawing at the time I left. He said it looked like a star fleet badge. He too loves the representation. Once he saw the three pictures, let's say he was more than disappointed. This is a public platform, so I will not repeat what he said. As you can see, we love what it represents. The pictures speak for themselves. Yes, I willing paid $100. I was quoted $100, two weeks prior when I got my quote, and I was willing to pay it at that time as well. I did not know at the time it was too much for what I received. You shop is incredibly clean. Everyone is very nice and polite. The artist was very nice as well. This review is strictly to show the three progressions so others can make a decision for themselves. Also, to let other new be's know if they are getting something small, there is a $100 minimum. You might be getting over charged for what you want. Had I received the first picture, I wouldn't feel like I over paid.

Doughnut tattooed us, and she was so sweet. Thank you so much for squeezing us in and fulfilling a 10+ year goal of ours for such a special tattoo. We had sent her a rough sketch of our idea beforehand, and she took that concept and transformed it into exactly what we had envisioned. Her line work is absolutely incredible, and the attention to detail really shows. Jas was super easy to work with. She's friendly, informative, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She never made us feel rushed while we tweaked the design, and she was meticulous when it came to placement, making sure each tattoo looked perfect on each of us. This isn't one of those shops where they just slap on a tattoo and move on to the next client. Jas genuinely cares about her artwork and about making sure her clients leave happy. That level of care really sets her apart. The shop was spotless and welcoming. We all had an amazing experience and absolutely love our tattoos. Pricing was very reasonable. Also last month, I had a few friends get a tattoo with her and I messed up the date like an idiot. They had driven over an hour to get there and were leaving the next day so she took them in anyway and we couldn't be more grateful. I would recommend Jas at Ohana Ink to anyone looking for a tattoo in the area.
