I'm the type that wants to know stuff and I asked a lot of questions. They were always courteous and friendly in answering everything I "needed" to know. After the install, they went over each piece with us, including the new fancy thermostat. The system is fantastic - it's so quiet - and it works great! I've used Paul to do my backflow testing since I moved into the area 6 years ago…read more Last year the backflow test failed, and I was told I needed to have it resolved before this years test. The problem is the developer planted a tree in this area, and the roots had made it very difficult to access the unit, essentially the irrigation box was completely surrounded by roots. I opted to work on clearing this area around the backflow unit myself, and got the area mostly cleared before the inevitable disaster occured, and I broke the water line. After having the Water Shut off I got a hold of Paul. He came over and capped off the irrigation line so we could turn our house water back on. He then assembled a new backflow unit for me and (since I opted to self-install) walked me installing the new unit. The following weekend I finished clearing out the roots, installed the unit, and let Paul know I had finished so he could test the new unit. He was a huge help, he went above and beyond in service, and his price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

The work was fast but incredibly high quality -- they matched our wall texture and blended the paint so well you genuinely can't tell where the openings used to be, and the siding repairs look seamless. I've hired OrCo for two projects, tiling my sunporch as well as my kitchen and dining room. The sunporch was quick and painless, and their master tiler whipped it out in a day. The kitchen was a bit more of a challenge given the age of my home, unlevel surfaces, and surprise layers of linoleum lurking below what we thought was the bottom layer of flooring. The OrCo brothers were consumate professionals despite these challenges, and by some miracle they were still able to finish the job on time. Honestly, I still don't know how they did it! I love my floors! It's been several weeks since they finished the work, and every morning when I step into my kitchen I look upon the results with joy. I don't know why I didn't contact OrCo sooner! The floor is level, the grout is holding up, and the floors sparkle when I walk in the room. I sourced OrCo in the Projects section of Yelp, and their bid was one of the first responses I received when I published my request for proposal. We appreciate your patience, and I will text you when the technician is on the way." I check their app at 11:45 it says my technician arrived and "service was in progress" which is funny because no one was at my house. 12:30 hit I called and spoke with someone who told me to be patient they assured me I was next in line. Another few hours passed, a tech showed up for "water damage assessment" there's no water damage I have a clogged pipe, he said it was a "free service"... I told him nowhere did I say I had water damage. I asked whim where the actual tech was he said he didn't know and he couldn't help. At 4:50pm I got a call from a woman at Roto rooter telling me a tech was going to come available and giving me a 30-45 minute heads up. Obviously I told her to cancel and that was insane why would I give a penny to this company? 9am appointment and they're telling me they'll show up around 6pm? They continuously texted me to tell me I was next in line from 9am to 5pm which was an obvious lie. Lesson learned call a local plumber, this company is the worst. If you want to waste your whole day call them, if not call literally anyone else. Since they're corporately owned I'll provide my feedback to their parent company as well. Waste of a day
