Cristy's silver craftsmanship is amazing. I moved from NOLA to So Florida 4 years ago. Although life here is wonderful, I miss NOLA. So, to commemorate my 80th birthday, I purchased Cristy's silver crescent necklace that's embedded with symbols of the city that I'll always love. read more

I discovered the Cristy Cali jewelry collection several years ago. I started with the Fleur de Lis skeleton key and matching earrings, along with a CC chain. On and off, during the following years, I've stopped in online for a treat here and there. I love NOLA and Cristy's jewelery allows me to embrace my wonderful memories here in NJ. After more than a year of abstaining from jewelry shopping, I returned to CC in June/July as I felt the pull of New Orleans yet again. With Cristy's semi-annual sale, I was able to really indulge. The quality of Cristy's jewelry is fantastic! I adore howcshe hallmarks her pieces, especially her chains...who doesn't love the FDL lobster hook or the tiny round CC amulet attached? The Cali team customer service is top-shelf! The deep purple pouches and packaging is truly the icing on the king cake. Shipping is quick and trackable. I love to going to bed the night befoe it arrives and knowing that the next morning...the delish royal purple package is just a few hours till it arrives at its home! read more

The first time I met Cristy Cali her jewelry knocked me out! I complimented her on it and she told me she designed it which blew me away. She was selling at Sterling Silva then, and the next morning found me there for her "Moonlight in New Orleans Collage Cuff" which remains one of my signature pieces to this day. I have followed her career since then...at Adlers and online. I have some "Please return to Nola" and some ""Queen of Hearts" pieces, and I can't wait to see all her other creations in person. This jewelry is well made and beautiful to see. I consider it heirloom quality, and everyone who sees it loves it when I wear it. Nobody is happier than I am to know she has a brick and mortor store. I so wish I could have been there for the opening festivities, but it just wasn't possible. But I will be there the minute I hit town next time. And I will have a hard time controlling myself. I'm eyeing the "Angle of Grief" for my next purchase. Congratulations beautiful lady! The store looks beautiful and fun. So happy for you. read more

I discovered this site on social media ads. Most of the time I skip the ads, but this one spoke to me. The backstory of Cristy and the fact she is in NOLA (this will always be home for me even though I don't live there, both sides of my family are from the city) and of the jewelry styles. I order a few item from the website back around September/October. One of the item is received was the wrong item, I was supposed to received fleur de list earrings but got some knot earrings instead. Almost 3 weeks ago I return the wrong item via usps. It had been received a week later with no response or update on my return or refund despite my email. I am 100% done with this business, my experience with Cristy Cali is the absolute worse customer service I've ever had. Please also keep in mind I've had 2 terrible experiences here because I decided to give this company a second chance after they attempted to make amends months after my first problem. Save yourself the frustration and time by taking your business elsewhere. There are companies with better customer service, experience and quality. read more

Cristy Cali - The brilliant Designer! - Jewelry Near Me - Saint Rose, Louisiana

My husband bought me a necklace from this designer. Unfortunately, he had purchased an almost exact same necklace from another very popular local designer years before. He had a stroke about a year before this purchase and I didn't want to make him feel bad about forgetting so I contacted the company to return. It was an ordeal to say the least. The shop is only open certain days/times. I scheduled a time for my MIL to take it since I work when they're open. She went and knocked on the door as it was locked. No one answered. The store was closing soon and is approximately 30 minutes from my house. I didn't want to make my MIL go back so I contacted the company again and was told they were there and no one had knocked but they would be closing whether she was near or not. I told my MIL that they said they were in the store so she tried again and they opened the door. All of this hassle for a necklace I NEVER wore AND they charged me a restock fee! Would not purchase from here again. read more

I am so happy Cristy Cali opened a store. I discovered her creations several years ago in a travel magazine about New Orleans. At the time I was a displaced New Orleanian. Her jewelry, the charms in particular, brought a part of my home town to me. The charms for things that "ain't there no more" brought me joyous memories of my childhood. I have collected charms and other pieces of her jewelry since then. I love her earrings and sugar skull collection. My husband never has to wonder about what to get me for any occasion, as I have a wish list ready. Now that I've moved back home, being able to visit her store is wonderful. Meeting Cristy there, I was not surprised by how warm and welcoming she was. She is a genuine and friendly woman with a generous spirit. Go, visit her store! You will not be disappointed! read more

The quality and designs of this jewelry are exceptional and the customer service is unparalleled. Through these crazy tough Covid times, Cristy has had to pivot her business model to more virtual sales and gone the extra mile to ensure everything was as good as it could be. Even though I was 4 miles from where the jewelry was shipped, FedEx took my jewelry on a tour of the gulf south with a grand total of 338 miles and 3 weeks to get my package to me. Throughout the process Cristy's team kept me updated as much as they could and guaranteed to make it right. After opening my boxes, it was well worth the wait. I've got a handmade, one of a kind piece of jewelry that I will treasure and pass on to my babygirl. I cannot say enough good things about this woman, her company and her jewelry! read more

This company is horrible. don't waste your money. I've been waiting on my package for 100 days now. they won't refund me my money, they don't know if I'll receive my package tomorrow or 5 years from now but they refuse to refund my money. This is the last place I'll ever be wasting my money on. I'd advise you to do the same. read more

I have been shopping Cristy Cali since 2014 or 2015. I love the quality of her jewelry and the meaning behind each piece! I've experienced customer service on Facebook, the website, and the store on Magazine Street in New Orleans. Her love of her customers and their support of her business shows in every encounter I've had and seen. I've recommended her jewelry to all of my friends and fully support Cristy's mission, vision, and business and will be a customer and supporter for life! I bought my first Cristy Cali piece about 3 years ago (the tiny fleur de Lis earrings). Ever since then, I've been obsessed and try to buy a new piece every few months (I now have so many I can't wear them all at the same time). The quality is second to none. Her jewelry is truly beautiful. Even better is the customer service. They make you feel like family. read more

I was going through a very emotional and transitional time and decided to reach out to Cristy for a reading. From the moment our session began, her energy was palpable (even though I was viewing her through a computer screen in my home in NYC.) She was direct, loving, and extremely wise. The insights she gave me from the cards and her own intuition, gave me the clarity I needed to shift and have continued to serve me. One of the key distinctions I LOVE was the difference between isolation and solitude. I have been savoring my alone time instead of destroying it ever sense. read more

Beautiful and quality pieces. Customer service is above and beyond. In addition to the Awsome jewelry Dr Cristy Cali offers Metaphysical readings. If you have the opportunity and are able to have this reading you will not regret it. I had one a couple of weeks ago. One of the best things I did for myself. Cristy Cali was spot on and this was the first step in helping myself to forgive and find peace Thank you Cristy for being you and I feel so blessed that our paths crossed. read more

Cristy Cali is absolutely one of my favorite jewelry shops. I love her New Orleans inspired pieces the most. She really captures the vibe of the city and culture of the region. I also have many of her signature designs. She has a knack for making inspired beaded pieces that speak to your soul. If all that wasn't enough, she will also do custom pieces as well. Even with all that, I think the thing I like most about Cristy Cali is her genuine caring for her clients. I get the sense that she truly cares about creating jewelry that we love and she goes out of her way to connect with her clients. I highly recommend becoming a krewe member....it is WELL worth the money you spend upfront. read more
