Not very impressed. I ordered a new stairs carpet and living room floor through Cristini Carpets in Oct 2020. They were well fitted but the salesman sold me waaay more carpet than was needed based on the dimensions I provided leaving me with a large amount of carpet I couldn't use. As a customer I trust salesmen to calculate an appropriate area of carpet for the purpose. I asked if they would accept the rest to be returned for a refund but received no response. Poor. read more
