firstly, we had to take our own measurmemes because the owner wasnt willing to travel 35mins to measure and see the room and to discuss where carpet joins would be situated. secondly, he requested a 50% deposit before even coming to measure and see the room. The carpet was quoted £3000 for for one room of our own measuremens so we were not willing to pay that amount when he doesn't have the curtesy along with a bad attitude that was "pay me before I've even come to see the job" nothing short of bad manner and no drive to want any work! definitely recommend not wasting your time and going to a more friendly and helpful competitor! read more
