I was very impressed with the time he took to ensure everything was done right the first time. Highest quality workmanship I've seen in a very long time. Kudos to Cheyenne and his helper. The sales guy, Rob, knew his stuff, including my HOA's fence rules. Rob was the only fence company rep who came prepared with that knowledge. Looking at the quality of the fence, it's amazing they were about half the cost of the other companies who provided quotes. In the end, the final price was less than expected because they used fewer materials than estimated. Great business practice and kudos to the owner, Randy. I apologize for any incorrect names or spellings but my comments are 100% honest and sincere.

If they start treating you like this don't do business with them at all. I can imagine how poor the services.

Probably not, it happens in business when someone is trying to contact the customer, leaves voice messages and even texts & receives no replies. Then its assumed said customer, Like James H. Changed their mind, so the business stops wasting time calling the customer. - the next reviewers name escapes me- but to address his issues with Canton Glass.... Maybe, JUST MAYBE, he got hung up on because he was cussing and yelling at the person at Canton Glass. Would anyone at any business want to be berated and cursed at while trying to resolve whatever issues there are? I can only say that in that instance, The Customer is NOT always right, BITCH. His "Karen" attitude deserved getting hung up on and needs to learn a thing or two about manners and common courtesy. CANTON GLASS for the win.

After weeks I decided to call shop and check on status and I was told glass was still on order. I called Todd several time again and then the return calls stopped. This company only wants your business with big repairs not 1 glass at a time. I would be fine with that if they just told me that, instead they lie and in today's world I am sick of liars. I do not recommend business people like this crew.
