While he was preparing we had a chat about the place and he said he wanted to experiment with the layout of the sandwich. It turned out great. Plenty of meat, right amount of cheese and toppings. The ONLY thing I'd change is the bread appears to be toasted on a buttered grill. I'm a little old school and would have preferred standard toasted bread, but that alone would not stop me from going again. Best of luck to the new owner and if you're in town, the extra 3 minute drive away from the main part of town is well worth it!
