Finally I was out of there with my food at 5:28. A bit longer than the 7 minutes that had told me about. I know they had to make more batches of chicken and a lot of people came in after me, but they also didn't even offer an explanation or apology.

This place is always solid I have never had a real issue They are always relatively quick. Depending on what person In front of you orders The drive thru window is currently broken and the flimsy cheap trays don't work to well one handed. Almost need 3 trays to stabilize a few blizzards to make them carry able with one hand The drive thru is also tight but there isn't much that can be done about that. It seems like it's All younger people working every time I go and it's awesome to see. Most of them love the job and genuinely enjoy making great treats! Updating my review as of may 21/2017 Tonight was horrible. Not busy. Went in and got a blizzard and a peanut buster parfait. Easy order. 17 minutes later I was leaving. The flimsy tray they use broke when I got to my car dropping both everywhere. Is it that hard to get a better quality tray? Maybe on that actually fits the peanut buster parfait and a blizzard and can support it? After tonight my rating is 1 star. I've tried telling them many times as well as heard other customers in store say the same thing and it doesn't change ! Maybe my next review will be better

So I tried to order online at this location but it needed 2 days lead time. I called instead and they were able to make the cake for me! Thats good news! I went in the next afternoon to pick up the cake. They got it from the back and it looked awesome. Exactly what I asked for. I ordered food because I was tight for time before the party. I waited, and waited, and waited. I was worried my cake was going to melt into a puddle! It was a Saturday afternoon, and bless these kids for having a part time job, but they were pretty slow moving. Finally someone came to the counter and said that the bun for the sandwich I ordered is frozen. At this point, I'm like put that sandwich on anything you can find cause this girl is hungry and her cake is melting! The girl behind me ordered a chicken wrap, I noticed that they stuck the wraps under the heat lamp because they seemed to be frozen too! Without me asking, the girl behind the counter put the cake in the freezer for me AND she refunded me the money for the food. When we finally got to the cake later that night, we noticed that the chocolate soft serve on the bottom was severely lacking. Not sure if DQ is cutting corners or what but it was pretty noticeable. It didn't kill our vibes though, it was super yummy. I'm happy to slap a .5 on this 3 star. The wait time for food here is quite long but they were able to rectify the situation. Customer service was good but I've had better experiences at fast food joints.
