Brian exemplifies this. I used Brian to purchase three investment properties. When I went to refinance the loans I learned there were so many other ways he could have set up the loans that would have benefited me over the term. But then I looked at the fees he charged compared to the refinancing with other lenders and I realized how badly Brian screwed me.
