Found Crisler Electric on Temecula Talk by accident. Was scrolling and saw someone ask about recessed lighting, which my fiancé and I were also considering. When I clicked the post majority of the comments were recommending Crisler so I called, left a voicemail and heard back a day later. Raquel was very helpful even suggested buying the can lights at Costco where we went with them or a different electrician to install them because they were on sale. John came by Sunday morning by special request because we are super busy with the wedding and the new house that was the only time we had so he came by after church. First of all super nice guy right off the bat. Very cordial, very knowledgeable about the work. In the end we decided on 6 recessed cans in the kitchen even though John said we only needed 4 (we like the look of 6) and two front of the garage lights. He came back a couple days later after 5, again because I'm so busy and my work schedule is mon-fri 8-5pm got all the can lights done and installed two lights on the garage in about two hours. (One of the lights on the garage came without parts from Lowes so John ended up only installing the light box and coming back early in the morning and installing the new fixture) A few days later we finished all the outlet replacements in the house but realized our 3 way switches are not working properly so my fiancé called john and john tried to walk him through it over the phone but decided something else must be wrong. John came out tonight on his way home with his wife Raquel and they fixed all the 3 way switches and the dinning room dimmer for us in under 30 minutes. These people were incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable about their craft as well as fairly priced. Im very disapointed because every YELP rating was 5 stars. I sent an email via the website on 12/19/15. It was a Saturday so I didn't figure that I would hear from anyone until Monday. I did receive an email back saying that they got my request and would in fact call me on Monday morning (12/21/15). So about 2 pm I still had not heard back from them so I emailed the company back. I got a super quick response saying they had me on the list but just had been super busy and asked if they could call me in 5 minutes. So far so good. I spoke with Raquel who was very apologetic and told me how busy they have been because of the holidays. I completely understood and told her that was not a problem and my issue was not necessarily an emergency. She told me that she would have Jonathan call me that evening to discuss what i needed done. By 12/24/15 I still had not received a phone call back so I emailed back to inform them that I never received a phone call back. The response was "I am so sorry we have been busy what's your number?" I responded back with my phone number and said that I did not have time now (Christmas Eve) and asked if I should just call back after Christmas? I never got a response back. On 12/28/15 I emailed one last time asking if I should just make an appointment? As of today (1/8/16) still no response. I found Crisler electric based on the Yelp reviews. We had just had an inspection for a new house and needed someone to come out and give us a quote so we could do the request for repairs. I spoke to his wife, Raquel, she was very accommodating and said she would have Jon come out right away. He came the next day and gave us a quote. We didn't have the work done until we closed escrow. We found him to be very honest, ethical, personable and reliable. We had an another electrical issue after we moved in and we went through our home warranty. They sent an electrician out and they said we had all kinds of things wrong. We didn't have a good feeling about it and held off on the repairs. We had Jon come out and assess the issue and he was able to identify the problem. Jon also said that the breakers they replaced weren't even broken and what they were preposing to "fix" was a fire hazard based on the way they had explained to me how they were going to repair it. Needless to say, we didn't go back through the home warranty, we had Jon do the work instead. He is very knowledgable and honest. Read the great reviews. Raquel was very thorough on follow up and even took my calls on off hours and during personal time at a gym...now that's great response! They are all professional, pleasant, hard working, and honest. Great work at a reasonable cost! Doesn't get any better than that. I had faulty home electrical wiring with sparking throughout which was very hazardous and needed a good electrician to straighten it all out and be sure it was safe. Jon did a great job of straightening it all out where other electricians seemed overwhelmed and could not figure it out. He corrected wiring and replaced outlets and switches installed dimmers, installed outside lighting and motion detectors, and installed overhead fans. The fans were a tricky installation. Some were high end fans with special installation and needed a knowledgeable electrician. I am very happy with this group and will be hiring them again for another project. We had to get our home ready for an inspection and had several electrical issues. John was able to squeeze us in due to our needing an inspection before Wednesday after calling them on a Sunday evening, which we were really grateful for. They are super busy! We got text updates about his arrival which was really convenient for me because I can't always answer my phone to chat. We thought we just needed fire alarms installed but it turned out that the DIYer that owned our house before us ended adding to our fix it list. By giving us additional code violations that our original inspector had missed. (Crazy thing, John knew our bathroom outlets were bad and i didn't even mention them!) John was able to fix the problems and then each additional thing i kept adding on since i had him there (why not!) Lol! WOW! I am especially grateful for Jon and his crew. He was the second electrician I called for a quote to run a new line for a double oven, the first showed me the wire and played on my ignorance of electrical wiring and quoted me $1,500 to run a new "suitable" line. While Jon was initially busy (I could only assume it's because his reputation is gaining him business), Raquel kept me informed of possible openings and even found an earlier time for him to come, texting me to let me know he was on his way.
