23 Jul 2026 We…read morecontracted them for a 'transfer'. They are a family-owned company. We were moving from one apartment in our complex to another. Sylvia came to our apartment a few weeks ago to see the lay of the land. She recommended going by an hourly rate rather than a flat price, because the flat price could change depending on what's encountered. She also emphasized to label boxes well like: master bedroom, kitchen, etc. so we went with hourly rate $165 per hour for three movers. There was an up-charge of $75 because they were also moving a gun safe. They arrived at 8:45am and took a quick tour of our apartment. They explained how they go about it. The movers are Luis, Josue and Juan. What a team. Luis is the leader. Amazingly, they were done in 2.75 hours. This is the furniture for a two bedroom, two bath, den, kitchen, living room , dining area and the balcony we're talking about. Plus all the accompanying boxes for each area. We had boxed up everything we could and labeled as Sylvia had requested. And gave them clear paths as best we could to the major pieces. We had a lot of boxes! We wholeheartedly recommend this company for your moving needs.

They subcontract people to clean and do not take accountability for the actual cleaning at ALL or…read moreeven the cleaner showing up. Their whole pitch is "lets try a different person". This is after they found out their cleaner had not even been to my business for weeks. They still wanted to make me stay. After a complaint and giving them another shot because I was promised better, nothing changed and they made me keep paying because one person does not feel accountable for what another manager in the company promises. What a crappy company. Theft is taking money and not providing the service paid for. That is what happened. STAY AWAY!!!

Let's just say it really depends on which maids they send you. We have had our house cleaned two…read moretimes by this company. First time we did a cleaning for 4 hours just to see how well they do. They killed it. In 4 hours the place was spotless and we would easily rate 5 stars. Second time we had it cleaned just recently and decided to go for 7 hours and do a top to bottom clean. Let's just say we have had to clean after they left because they left so many areas undone. Dust piles in the corners of the room, under the couch, and dust all over the return air vent (that we specifically asked them to clean up). Toilet had a urine smell that was never there before. So not sure if they used a rag that was dirty to clean around it or used one they dipped in toilet water. Cupholders of the couch had dirt. Layers of dirt around things on the shelves. Countertops had spray marks on them, but not wiped. Basically we had to spend about 2 hours cleaning up after them after they left. I should have known since the first group of maids took nearly 3 hours just on the upstairs. These ones were done in about an hour upstairs. They asked if there was anything else after about hour 4. My wife had to show them several things and eventually just felt bad having to point stuff out so we just dropped it. We were pretty pet down by this since we had such a great experience before. Maybe they send their best maids for the first service to get you. Not sure, but it definitely felt that way.. If we do use this service again we will only request the first two maids, because the price we paid for the service we got was completely unacceptable.

Do what you get paid for. If your customer specifically pays for specific things that you charge…read morefor, and they are clearly communicated up front, don't get paid and not even attempt to do those specific cleaning requests.
