These people are con artists. Do not use their services. They will try and shake you down for work not performed.

PRICE GAUGING!!!!! They charged me $130 in labor for an 18 minute job. I asked for an itemized statement and a price on the part. The service manager said they don't give itemized statements or bills nor could they tell me how much the part cost. She was extremely rude and argumentative. I later found out the part only cost about $100 and they charged me $195. I will NEVER do business with them again. read more

I had two pumps go out on my pool (cleaner and pool pumps). Hired crickets to do the work and Charley did a great job on pump replacement. Decided to bring Cricket's on to take care of my weekly pool maintenance as I had been doing it myself for the better part of 8 yrs. That's where things went south! Pool would not be drained down after heavy rains. When they did drain down the water level, the main waste valve was left open which caused the pumps to suck air all day while I was at work. Had to fill with my hose which took ~4hrs due to the size of my pool (extra water bill costs associated with this on me). Service manager Scott never apologized or knocked any $ off of bill. Green algae in the area of both skimmers after "cleaning" performed. Chlorinator left out of pool on multiple occasions. For $85 per week, I expected much more!!! Buyer's remorse for sure! Do your research people. Fired them after only 2 months! read more

WARNING! DON'T call this company for pool maintenance services. I made the mistake of calling them to come do a basic cleaning job for minor green algae build up on pool floor, but my pool water was still crystal clear. I also wanted an estimate to replace burnt light and sand filter. During the first trip technician admitted he back washed sand filter into pool. Four service charges later at $60 each my pool still wasn't clean, but in fact looked way worse then before I initially called them. I never even received repair estimate that I was charged $69.95 for on top of everything else. Keep in mind none of these charges were ever agreed upon before hand. After the fourth service trip by their technician who stated he was done and water should clear within 24 hours i was skeptical. Needless to say after 24 hours this was not the case so I decided to email them my concerns. Their response basically stated that they know their business and guaranteed I received exemplary service. Well by the looks of my pool water I beg to differ. I then called another local pool company who had my pool clean in 2 trips and it looked way worse then before cricket initially came out. Well less than a month later I received a bill stating my account was 90 days overdue for $450. How am I 90 days pass due when services (and I use that word lightly) were done less than a month ago. End result, I was advised by cricket that they would not adjust bill and they even threatened to take me to small claims court to collect. Personally, I don't have the time nor finances to fight this in court or trust me I would on principle alone. If you want to be overcharged for subpar pool services then threatened with small claims court when you challenge their quality of services or invoice charges then this is the company for you... read more
