I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.

As temperatures began to rise I wanted to capitalize on the opportunity to open up the windows to help bring fresh air into my home. To my dismay, the home also had multiple damaged/missing screens and crank handles. I started to research what it would cost to make the necessary upgrades to the windows so that I could allow a cross-breeze in my home which in turn will allow me to run the air conditioning less in the summer months. I was pleased to find a locally owned shop that was able to meet my need. Everything was completed professionally and in a timely manner.
