I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.

Everyone here is nice but I was helped by Matt. This guy was super cool and laid back. If you are looking for a new phone or just any service, any of the associates there are more than callable to help. But Matt is the man, he listened, didn't try to sale me anything. I mean he did, but it was professional and not overbearing, it was conversational like it should be. I bought an accessory just cause he was helping me. Without going too much into detail, I had a lot going on leading up to getting a new phone. He made the experience so good I wasn't worried about anything. Go see Matt. Thanks bro.

He even drove to another store because one of our phones were unavailable at the Austintown location. If it wasn't for him tonight we would've canceled our brand new plan and stayed with our current carrier. He fixed the mess made by the previous rep and spent over 3 hours with us getting everything straightened out. He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! Then I remembered Fone Fixers in my neighborhood. They fixed it in 15 minutes and charged me twenty American dollars! Fast, friendly, priced right. As temperatures began to rise I wanted to capitalize on the opportunity to open up the windows to help bring fresh air into my home. To my dismay, the home also had multiple damaged/missing screens and crank handles. I started to research what it would cost to make the necessary upgrades to the windows so that I could allow a cross-breeze in my home which in turn will allow me to run the air conditioning less in the summer months. I was pleased to find a locally owned shop that was able to meet my need. Everything was completed professionally and in a timely manner. I have included before and after pictures to attest to the quality of the work done at John's Paint and Wallpaper. Quality work and reasonable prices! Highly recommend!
