This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. I live with immunocompromised individuals, so entering an enclosed space for substantial time is out of the question. It's hard to find establishments that respect this fact. BUT, store manager Joel was able to assist me tremendously by going in and out of the store a total of 4 times throughout the whole process to help me with my transaction. He wore a mask the entire time and he stood at a reasonable distance. I couldn't thank him enough. Also, I noticed another employee, Diego (if I remember correctly) , helping an elderly woman enter the store who had a little difficulty opening the door! I did not set foot into the store but I can truly say they show exemplary customer service to their patrons. I am absolutely stunned!
