We've had AT&T for over 20 years, across multiple states, and it's not often that we've been helped with a friendly tone and a confident knowledge of the products. Today she is working alone due to staff shortage. She acknowledged each customer as they came in and successfully handled up to 4 customers at a time. WOW! This gal needs a raise!!! Her integrity to stick it out and not give up like so many nowadays, speaks volumes. It's people, employees like this, that employers should recognize.

The sound system was fantastic, along with the sreens, monitors and all else provided by Stage Sound!!! Working with them prior to the event was a breeze...all the staff know what they are doing and are so professional. A couple of staff stayed for the entire event to run the sound system, etc. making sure if there had many any cliches..they would have been taken care of in a flash...but no cliches happened. (He's either the owner or needs a day off bc he's always there) always greets you as you walk in. The staff is very helpful and seems fairly knowledgeable when I've had questions. Quick check out lines. Easy returns. They have a full Hallmark Card store inside as well as various local makers items. They also host a delicious privately owned hot dog stand every day in the parking lot. The gentleman who runs the stand is also extremely nice and backs his product 100%. The only thing this location lacks is a good garden center with plants. If it had that I wouldn't go to any other hardware store. Highly recommend NW Ace!
